Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Sammy Tue Sep 01, 2015 7:52 pm

Sameonna had been wandering with a group of her strongest Rare Hunters, on her right being a tall lanky fellow with a bald head, a various amount of piercings adorned his face and he often wore the hooded portion of his cloak over his face to stimulate a more darkened presence. His codename was Cueball, as one would expect. In addition to him, walking to her left was an individual codenamed Oracle, as his deck was filled with cards that could heal and protect his life points while negating attacks and destroying monsters through trap/spell effect cards. Sameonna was more of a strategic beat down player, much like Seto Kaiba before he lost his soul in the last Duelist Kingdom, and this was a fact boasted even moreso by her wielding of Obelisk the Tormentor, her prized God Card. Sameonna was confident that no matter what was thrown her way, Obelisk would undoubtedly handle it.

The sun had just begun stretching under the horizon, spewing from its location a series of reds, oranges and yellows which spread throughout the sky in a spiderweb formation. It was a spectacular sight when the stratus clouds above began shifting formation and turned into what looked like a group of rapidly moving nimbus clouds. This was a common happening in Keiritsu, and these happenings could also be seen in the Northern part of Keiritsu as well. Unfortunately there is no reason behind this strange phenomena, and the scientists of the world are stumped as to why this happens. It is part of the reason as to why Southern Keiritsu used to be such a popular tourist attraction before Sameonna stepped in and took on the title of Rare Huntress and the owner of the Southern Districts.

It wasn't long until a straggler duelist came crawling along, and with him, was his girlfriend, Sameonna assumed. This was due to the ring she wore on her ring finger, and it resembled that of a promise ring with a Cor De Rosa gemstone heart set in the middle of its bridge. It was quite a nice ring. Sameonna was confident that one of her lesser petty goons would rob her of it later on tonight, but first, Sammy had her eyes set on the man, who conveniently had a Duel Disc strapped to his arm. An even better surprising factor is that the whole of the group were right smack next to a wonderfully stationed Dueling Arena. Sameonna looked at her two elitists and nodded, giving them the okay to restrain them. "You! You shall duel Oracle, and if you lose, you will forfeit to him your rarest card. Understood?" Sameonna would yell to the fool who wandered into her territory unchecked. "And if I don't?" the man would yell back.

Sameonna would smirk. "Then I would think it highly selfish of you to keep your rarest card over your girlfriends gorgeous engagement ring." His face would shutter in utter disgust. Hey. A sister gotta make a buck, right? The man would eventually reluctantly agree to the duel, and had been demolished by Oracle in about 11 turns. The man was surprisingly strong, and Sameonna had been informed by Oracle that he wouldn't object to a recruitment. As she walked toward him, Sammy would speak out loud. "You did well, and I was impressed by your charismatic choices during the game. I offer you membership into the Rare Hunters. Should you accept you will be taken to my headquarters by my goons here, and your girlfriend will be properly cared for in the meantime. I assure you that no harm will come to you or her during this process." Sameonna would nod, allowing Cueball to release the mans girlfriend. Listening to Sammy, he did so, and she rushed to her boyfriend. The man would take a moment to scan over the three, and ultimately agree to joining. Obliging, Cueball and Oracle would then escort the two individuals to their new home, the Rare Hunter Outpost, Sameonna's official Headquarters for the organization and a living complex-dueling arena combination building.

Sameonna would lean up against the dueling arena the group was formerly at, sorting the brand new Dark Magician Girl she had gotten into her deck. She was rather pleased with the haul tonight. That, with three other Fusion Cards she had received earlier, one of which included the legendary Gaia the Dragon Knight. Sammy would brush her hair over her eye patch and put her deck into her uniquely shaped Duel Disc, crafted specifically for the holder of the God Card, Obelisk the Tormentor. Due to Obelisks atonement as being a martyr for the hammer of judgement, a weight scale was engraved into the deck slot of the black, blue and white disc. She looked around, hoping to find someone else to duel, or perhaps something else. She wasn't really sure what the remainder of the night would bring, nor would she be sure of what could happen five minutes from now. With an organization as large and soldier-minded as the Rare Hunters, they were constantly on the prowl and constantly stirring up rebellion against the UDC. This was a policy that Sameonna enforced however, as she would do anything to maximize the discomfort of their highly advanced intelligence units, who have successfully been pushed out Southern Keiritsu since the takeover almost two years ago.

Sameonna never really wanted to be the symbol for rebellion, but it was like fate had other plans in store for her. She wasn't a believer of destiny until she was forcefully taken to the Shadow Realm during the Shadow Kingdom Tournament, and made to take the souls of her opponents. She wasn't as heartless and reckless as she would have liked to believe just a few short years ago. Her eyes dropped for a moment in sadness, but a glint of ambition began to shine through, and it allowed her to pick her head up just high enough to see a bird fly into the window of a car. She'd laugh in response. Ah, yes.. The night was truly grand.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Yami Wed Sep 02, 2015 12:43 am

The sun was just raising in the sky, and Spike was already awake, he watched it rise, he was awoken from the wind blowing, he could hear it coming in from the leak in the window seal, then after he was awoken walked five steps from his bed to the dresser, choosing today his normal training cloths, a grey pair of sweats, a grey tank top, a grey sweater over the tank top, a pair of grey socks with his grey cross trainers on his feet, he took his head band and tied it around his neck, and this was what he wore after he took a warm shower, then after he showered and dressed, he went down stairs, and into this kitchen, he took out a bowl from a cabinet and a spoon from the drawer, he took down a box of cereal, and went to the fridge and pulled out the milk, he would pour the cereal and milk in the bowl and then put them back up, and then he would sit at his table and ate his cereal, once his breakfast was done and he washed the dishes, he went upstairs to watch the sun raise, once the sun rose, he went outside and started jogging around the village, now that he could see he was taking in all the sites, the beauty behind everything he was missing out on before, and eventually his jogging would lead him straight to the training ground, he figured it would be a nice time to do some more training, now that he could see, he would run up into the training grounds and would go to a spot where he could see some training dummies and a few trees, some rocks as well, and he stood in some grass.

After a moment of taking in the beauty of the seen, the green leaves and grass, the brown dirt and trees, the blue sky, the white clouds, the orange sun that had barely rose to the mark that would tell someone it has been two hours since he started jogging, the grey rocks, the same grey color like his training outfit, he would drop down to the grass face first, his hands would catch himself and then he would push up till his arms would be fully extended, then he would let his arms lower till they made ninety degree angles, he was on the tips of his toes the whole time, keeping his back straight, he would push his arms up again till they were once more fully extended, as he did these he would count out loud with his normal voice of warmth "One, Two, Three, One...One, Two, Three, Two...One, Two, Three, Three" on the one count he would have his arms bent in the ninety degree angles, on the two count his arms would be extended, three his arms was bent once more, so to him, each count of One push up, equaled two, he would continue to count as he continued to do his push-ups "One, Two, Three, Four.....One, Two, Three, Five....One, Two, Three, Six" his mind would reel back to the days he was blind and he wondered if this was the same spot he liked to train at all the time, or if was just some random spot in the woods that he though was the training ground, he would shake his head as he would think to himself, at least I can see where I am now, the counting would continue "One,Two,Three,Seven...One,Two,Three,Eight....One,Two,Three,Nine" as he was looking down at the ground, when he got close he could see the breath he exhaled from his nose push dirt away in all directions, even watched as ants would walk into site and then get blown away, the grass gets pushed down before reverting back into its upright position he would continue out loud " One, two, three, Ten...One, two, three, eleven....one, two, three, twelve" Spike would only think to himself of all the times he missed something beautiful and he would get angry at whatever unknown factor that made him blind and he would use that anger to full himself to continue with more push-ups "one, two, three, Thirteen.....one, two, three, fourteen....one, two, three, fifteen" a sweat was beginning to break out across his face, he wanted to at least double the number of push-ups he was on before he moved on to the next exercise "one,two,three,sixteen....one,two,three,seventeen...one,two,three,eighteen" the sweat ran down his face, the way he was currently none of it would get into his eyes, but it would feel nice when the breeze would blow by, his sweater beginning to get heavier as the sweat made it such, and he would go on "One, two, three, Nineteen....one, two, three, Twenty....One, two, three, Twenty one" Spike would continue, his breathing getting a little louder, exerting himself more, pushing himself to his fullest potential "One, Two, Three, twenty two....one, two, three, twenty three....one, two, three, twenty four" his arms would begin to shake with exestuation he pushes himself more despite that fact "One, two, three, Twenty Five...one, two, three, twenty six...One, two, three, twenty seven" Spike would encourage himself to push out three more "one, two, three, twenty eight...one, two, three, twenty nine...one ,two ,three ,Thirty" and then Spike would quickly slide his knees up underneath himself so that he would not fall completely to the ground out of exestuation.

He would push himself onto his back and then crossed his arms across his chest, he would pull his legs up and had his knees bent, he would then begin to do sit ups, he would Tighten his abdominal muscles gently by drawing in his belly button to his spine, Keeping his heels on the ground and his toes flat to the ground, slowly and gently lifts his head first, followed by his shoulder blades. He Focus's his eyes on his bent knees, all the while gently contracting the abdominal muscles. Pulling up from the floor until he is at a ninety-degree angle, or when the elbows are on, or past, the knees. He would hold the position for a second. Slowly bring the torso back to the floor but trying to keep it slightly elevated off the ground. This means He does not place his back flat to the ground but to keep a slight, yet relaxed, arch. and Spike would repeat this process over and over, counting as he did his sit ups "One,two,three,One...One,two,three,two..One,two,three,Three" Spike would continue to do the sit ups, at least now he could see the sky, watching the clouds move and the birds fly over head as he went onto his back and back up to his knees, still counting out loud "One,two,three,Four...One,Two,three,five....one,two,three,six" He would note shapes of clouds as he would continue the sit ups, seeing a few animals and a couple of shapes,"One,two,three,Seven...One,two,three,eight...one,two,three,nine" Spike's sit ups would continue to Tighten his abdominal muscles gently by drawing in his belly button to his spine, Keeping his heels on the ground and his toes flat to the ground, slowly and gently lifts his head first, followed by his shoulder blades. "One, two, three, ten...one, two, three, eleven...one,two,three,twelve" Spike's sweating grew more profusely, the sweat was now able to reach his eyes, giving them a slight sting, but he would continue through it "one,two,three,thirteen...one,two,three,fourteen...one,two,three,Fifteen" Spike would shake his head to get rid of the sweat, his hair sticking to his face, and matted down all over his head, the sit ups would still continue, despite his muscles wanting him to stop, he wanted to continue a little longer "one,Two,Three,sixteen...One,two,three,Seventeen...One,two,three,Eighteen" Spike's breathing became even louder, taking deeper breaths in through his mouth and then letting them out through his nose, keeping it in rhythm of his sit ups" One,two,three,nineteen...one,two,three,twenty...one,two,three,twenty one" Spike would get a little slower with his sit ups as they got a little more strained to do, feeling the burning sensation in his abs "One,Two,Three, twenty two. One,Two,three, twenty three...one,two,three,twenty four" Spike would begin to hum a song in his head to keep him going, giving him the strength to keep going "One,Two,three, twenty five...One,two,three,twenty six..one,two,three,twenty seven" Spike would continue the song in his head forgetting what number he was one, beginning to sing the song out loud,"one, two, three, twenty eight...One,two,three,twenty nine...one,two,three,Thirty" Spike would now stretch his muscles out before he stood up.

At this point when Spike looked up at the sky, he had seen the sun had move closer towards the Noon position by another two hours, he would remove his sweater, so he was wearing his grey tank top now, so he would continue to practice this for some time, till he was perfect, the sweat running down his face would get even worse, and so Spike would walk to the rock he placed his sweater on and wipe his face with it, then he would set it down on the rock, and would take a stance in front of the rock, and would begin to punch the rock, going back and forth between his left fist, then his right fist, hitting the rock, as he continued to punch the rock, eventually his knuckles would begin to bleed, and Spike just moved his sweater as a little extra padding, but he would continue to punch the rock just like before, till his arms would get tired from all the work he was doing with them, he would then walk over to a tree, and would begin to kick it with his shins, repeatedly striking the tree with his shin on his right leg until it would begin to bleed, then he would switch legs, and would kick the tree repeatedly until his left shin began to bleed, now at this point, his right pants leg is sticking to the blood on this right shin, so he would pull the pants legs up on both legs, and then he would turn around and would begin to run laps in the training grounds, using it as a bit of a cool down, also giving time for his wounds to stop bleeding.
Spike approached the tree and jumped up grabbing the branch, and as his full body weight came down on it, the branch broke, and Spike fell on his back, a loud "oof"" sound could be heard, he would get back up on his feet and he would kick the broken branch away, he would then move to a more sturdy branch and this time he reached up with his hands, palms towards him and reached up and grabbed onto the branch, and then he would pull his body up, and as he did, his legs would bend at the knees and he would place his right leg over his left, keeping his legs held up close to his back side, he would slowly lower himself down towards the ground, and then he would slowly pull himself back up with his arms once more, starting his set of pull ups he would begin to count as he went along "One,two,three,one...One,two,three,two...one,two,three,three" Spike would take a second to move his hands a little to keep them from being effected to much by the tree bark, he would go back to doing his pull ups "One,Two,Three,Four...One,Two,Three,Five....One,Two,Three,Six" Spike rocks his head back and forth to crack his neck as his counting continues loudly "One,two,three,Seven...One,two,three,eight...One, two, three, nine" Spike would breath in through his mouth and out deeply and slowly through his nose, he would continue some more "One,two, three, ten. One, two, three, eleven...One,two,three,Twelve" Spike would sweat a little more like earlier, and he continued his count of the pull ups he does "One,two,three,Thirteen...One,two,three,Fourteen..One,two,three,fifteen" Spike would let go of the branch as he unfurls his legs from underneath him, and lands on his feet, his feet separated at shoulders length apart, Spike stands at full height

Spike would finally be done with his training for now, and he would look up at the sun, it was beginning to enter the noon time position, he would walk off away from the grounds for a moment to go get something for lunch, passing a kid who threw an apple core into a nearby waste bin, Spike would get a sandwich and a salad, he would then head back to the training grounds and sat down, he would eat his sandwich and salad and drank water out of the local stream, after some time of rest Spike stood up and went to the library, he went looking around for a specific book, it took some time, then a librarian came up to him and asked if they could help him, he would turn to them and nod, telling them the book he was looking for, they lead him right to the book and handed it to him, he would check it out of the library and went back to the training grounds and sat down, he would open the book up and searched for a specific area in it, learning Dueling of all types, so he would begin to read the details of how to learn the Dueling techniques in the book, he studied the words intently, then he would set the book down and followed its instructions, to the letter, every once in a while he would go back to the book to refresh and make sure he was doing the instructions as good as he could, he would then take a small break and go over to a nearby tree.

One, two, three, eleven...One,two,three,Twelve" Spike would sweat a little more like earlier, and he continued his count of the pull ups he does "One,two,three,Thirteen...One,two,three,Fourteen..One,two,three,fifteen" Spike would let go of the branch as he unfurls his legs from underneath him, and lands on his feet, his feet separated at shoulders length apart, Spike stands at full height and would return to his book, studying the different Parts of the Dueling strategies.

Now in the hottest part of the day Spike wakes up from his nap and would do some serious thinking, he would flip over to his stomach and begin to do his push-ups once again he would push up till his arms would be fully extended, then he would let his arms lower till they made ninety degree angles, he was on the tips of his toes the whole time, keeping his back straight, he would push his arms up again till they were once more fully extended, as he did these he would count out loud with his normal voice of warmth "One,Two,Three,One...One,Two,Three,Two...One, Two, Three, Three" on the one count he would have his arms bent in the ninety degree angles, on the two count his arms would be extended, three his arms was bent once more, so to him, each count of One push up, equaled two, he would continue to count as he continued to do his push-ups "One,Two,Three,Four.....One,Two,Three,Five....One,Two,Three,Six" his mind would reel back to the days he was blind and he wondered if this was the same spot he liked to train at all the time, or if was just some random spot in the woods that he though was the training ground, he would shake his head as he would think to himself, at least I can see where I am now, the counting would continue "One,Two,Three,Seven...One,Two,Three,Eight....One,Two,Three,Nine" as he was looking down at the ground, when he got close he could see the breath he exhaled from his nose push dirt away in all directions, even watched as ants would walk into site and then get blown away, the grass gets pushed down before reverting back into its upright position he would continue out loud " One,two,three,Ten...One,two,three, eleven....one,two,three,twelve" Spike would only think to himself of all the times he missed something beautiful and he would get angry at whatever unknown factor that made him blind and he would use that anger to full himself to continue with more push-ups "one, two, three, Thirteen.....one,two,three,fourteen....one,two,three,fifteen" a sweat was beginning to break out across his face, he wanted to at least double the number of push-ups he was on before he moved on to the next exercise "one,two,three,sixteen....one,two,three,seventeen...one,two,three,eighteen" the sweat ran down his face, the way he was currently none of it would get into his eyes, but it would feel nice when the breeze would blow by, his sweater beginning to get heavier as the sweat made it such, and he would go on "One,two,three,Nineteen....one,two,three,Twenty....One,two,three,Twenty one" Spike would continue, his breathing getting a little louder, exerting himself more, pushing himself to his fullest potential "One,Two,Three, twenty two....one,two,three,twenty three....one,two,three,twenty four" his arms would begin to shake with exestuation he pushes himself more despite that fact "One,two, three,Twenty Five...one,two,three,twenty six...One,two,three,twenty seven" Spike would encourage himself to push out three more "one, two, three, twenty eight...one,two,three,twenty nine...one,two,three,Thirty" and then Spike would quickly slide his knees up underneath himself so that he would not fall completely to the ground out of exestuation.
By this point in the day it was getting time for dinner, so Spike would go collect his sweater, and he would walk back home, the night seems so peaceful, so cool, even more beautiful than the daytime, he would have his head up as he walked home, watching the stars and the moon, the cloudless night made if perfect for star gazing, he would stop in the middle of the walkway, people walking around him, as he just stared for a while, then eventually he would be interrupted by the growling in his stomach, so he would walk home and begin to search around in his cabinets , there was nothing much in the first few cabinets, he found potatoes, he would go and look in the fridge, he found eggs, and then in the freezer he would find sausage , so he would pull out a frying pan and would fry up the sausage first, then he would throw the potatoes and eggs in after the sausage was cooked, and once the eggs was cooked and the potatoes was browned, he would dump the sausage, eggs, and potatoes into a bowl and would make some gravy from some flour and water, a little sausage and the sausage grease, and after a few minutes he would have gravy, he would pour the gravy on top of the sausage, eggs, and potatoes, he would then sit down with his bowl of sausage, gravy, potatoes, and eggs, and would begin to eat it, savoring the flavor as he looked out the window into the darkness of the night, Spike would wash his bowl and fork when he finished and put them in the clean side of the sink, he would head up stairs and stripped out of his cloths and turned on a warm shower, he would step into the shower and let the warmth soak into his muscles and untense his whole body, he would then step out and dress into fresh pair of pajamas, the pajamas was just bottoms no top ,crawled into bed and covered up with is blanket and fell asleep.

At least that was his daydream of what would happen as he walked into the path of the Rare hunters, he did not know who or what they were except for one, The female who one the Blue bracket of the Shadow Kingdom Tornament, Spike had his Slifer Duel Disk strapt to his arm with his deck in its place, His intense Training was because of the Shadow Kingdom Tornament, He figured with enough Strength physically he could stay health enough that a real duel would not kill him, but noticing the girl laughing , His heart dropped slightly, and so did his guard, he could not bring himself to Duel her even if his life depended on it, He sighed and shook his head, His Red and blond hair shaking a bit, as it had dried up now, his sweats was still on, as it was his work out routine, He would then speak up to the female, as she was in his way to getting home, and to the scrumptious meal, as well as in his way to his bed, it might not be much, but it was his and he worked for it, Luck had a hand in it too thanks to his mother's deck "Well Your Kind of in my way to my house, anyway I could get past you, or is this going to get ugly?" Spike shook his Duel Disk arm to draw attention to it in case he did not have it clear already that he was a duelist, his red eyes staring out at the group.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Sammy Fri Sep 04, 2015 6:48 pm

The young stranger, formerly know as Sameonna, had retired to the woods outside of the Southerb Keiritsu to better attune herself. Out in the dense woods and green meadows there was little that could distract the young woman from her endeavor. She had been tasked by her mentor, Akima Nabuto, to refine and increase her strategic teachings. If she was to be a decent duelist, she would be in need of much strategies to moderate the flow of the duel.

She had delved deep into the woods and had found a natural spring. The small brook that ensued from it would eventually join a river. The cold water was a good medium by which Sameonna had to concentrate her strategies. He sat cross legged in meditation on top of the shallow waters. She exuded, and gathered her inner senses to further let the strategies develop and refine itself; feeling as strategies rushed through her thighs and legs so as to stay above water. If she ever lost concentration or was running low on strategies, the cold waters would let her know with a shivering reminder. To further deplete her reserves, she would perform intense calisthenics and perform strategies consuming jutsu. She would draw just enough strategies to make her pass out but not put her in any form of danger. After all, she had been tasked with increasing her strategies reserves, not with dying in the least. Perhaps one day she would have to make the choice but at the moment her mind was filled to the brim, if not overflowing, with ways to produce satisfactory results. Even if it meant an eternity.

Three weeks have passed since Sameonna had arrived at the natural spring. She slept under the stars and she hunted for her food. To any passerby she would have looked like a feral human. Her hair was much longer than her normal shoulder length. It was even unrulier, if that was even possible. Her clothes and shoes were worn and torn where she had snagged a tree branch or scraped a clothed substance against a rock in her constant chase for food or on her ever changing self imposed physical training routines. The days had started to merge one with another. She only stopped her training to answer nature calls and to hunt for her food, or to gather supplies necessary for everyday survival as a duelist. As a proud warrior of the Leone family. There were times she was so exhausted that she did not know if she was dreaming or actually performing the task that she saw herself doing as if it was an outer body experience. Another unique form of astral projection.

She had trained her mind to sense when she was starting to be at the limit of her strategies reserves; her system was trained to alert her body in case of an emergency - sending electromagnetic shocks to her brain telling her she must back out of the battle and recouperate before returning to the frontlines. She would feel the strain her body felt as she tried to produce just an ounce more. Because the strategies lines were connected to vital cards in her deck, she made sure not to strain her chi or concentration regarding it too much to avoid certain danger. After all it wasn't like it is not unheard of somebody dying due to the severe effects of mental exhaustion. Still, she did not care to be another statistic if it made her mother happy. Years could pass at these beautiful springs and she wouldn't leave until she felt she met the quality her mother would approve of. She had a promise to keep. A vow, spoken in true words of divine and devout righteousness and faith. If she was to become a good duelist and a superior, if not the best solo support team in the duelist world; there should be nothing that she would not be willing to accomplish no matter the cost.

There were times when doubt started to settle in. She wondered if all this was even working. She did not feel any different. But one is not able to see the small changes because they are just the same as the day before. Only those seeing from the outside, seeing with fresh unbiased eyes can truly say when a change has happened - the eyes that Sameonna wanted to really experience the thrill of her prowess were those of her mother. She'd do anything to make her proud of Sameonna; even if it meant giving up her happiness and her childhood. Sameonna would just have to trust that her mentor was correct and that exerting the mind, body and spirit, would lead to a more vast strategies reserve and further improve her knowledge and grasp on controlling her strategies to the characteristic aspects and ratios comparable to Rare Hunters and the UDC duelists she admires so dearly.

It was not until the next to last day that she felt any true change. She was chasing a rabbit that would hopefully be her next warm cooked and hearty meal. Her muscles were crying and screaming out for rest but she could not let her first substantial meal in days escape. The animal headed for some rocks and she just knew that if she let it near one of those holes she would not see the rabbit again. Chances are it would burrow deep underground and remain there until Sameonna was asleep. She tapped into the expanded strategies from deep within her and miraculously produce enough power to send a barrage of monsters flying towards the ill fated rabbit. The immersive and unforgiving attack was strong enough to stop the poor creature’s heart but in doing so, it made Sameonna’s own race. She had finally achieved what she had set out to do it would seem. She slept peacefully that night, her belly full and her mind at rest knowing that she could go back to her mother and have her be proud of her completeing the task she was assigned.

“Once, there was a pool.” Above her, the sun was bright, yet not hot despite how clear the sky was. Theoretically speaking, the trees were just as clear as the sky, but Sameonna had a feeling that they were full of either Rare Hunters or their spies/scouts/familiars or whatever other surveillance methods they had. Either way, Sameonna was being watched by over eager bodyguards, something she didn't particularly like, since it seemed they doubted her power and constantly told her to train harder and do better. Although she disliked it, she enjoyed the results and the satisfaction of her dear mother Viviane.. Still she appreciated the thought behind it, and she'd wait to see if Lineda could find a way around it before she did everything himself. Here now, in this place, she was attempting to lose herself in the arts.

“Which was as calm as the sea is green.” Flowing from one step to the other, Sameonna began to go through a series of movements, each a simple opening sequence. No combat, no blows, simply focused on anything that would be useful for dodging, merely simple footwork exercises. Proper footwork is by far one of the most important things a person could possess after all, considering how dangerous some battlefields could get. Accidentally setting off one of your own traps, especially for a water user, was not an interesting way to go out; it'd actually be pretty idiotic or foolish to die by the hand of your own jutsu. That, of course, went double for any practitioners of the Hyuuga family, who have mastered the Gentle Fist Technique. This was a similar fighting style that, instead of utilizing direct blows to disable the tenketsu - focuses on fluid movement of the body to produce rapid agility bonuses and speed increases during combat that would significantly change the tide of battle if the user is a straight jutsu arsenal. Sameonna, was a weak taijutsu fighter, but she had hopes that this would improve her fighting quality drastically.

“Nothing disturbed the pool, no bird, no leaf” If it wasn't for his protectors, this would be the part where he'd have someone throw stuff at her, in order to ensure that this training is actually effectively enhancing her capabilities. Unfortunately, she had nothing that was quite good enough for her to practice, and prepare with, so he trained alongside the Rare Hunters members instead. A risky move it is, considering at any time an Rare Hunters member could easily lose control of their superior power and probably kill Sameonna - even if it is an accidental attack. Still, that didn't mean she couldn't do a bunch of little tricks. Standing as still as the pool, she kept her face blank, even as she flowed into the next sequence. This time, she added simple defenses and blocks to her sequence, even as she kept her footwork perfect. It was a more difficult sequence, but for one of her skills, it was nothing that couldn't be done within time. After all, Sameonna knew a duelist of even higher strategies capacity than herself, and even he has less jutsu in his arsenal than she does. She could remember exactly how he put her, even now.. "Well you're a very intuitive Academy Student I'll give you that" Leon smiled at her "I do train pretty hard to keep my strategies levels this high, I'm a medical ninja in training so strategies is very important for my job! I don't know many jutsu honestly, I've spent so much time on precision and strategies control that I forgot jutsu existed" Leon laughed a little bit. He sat down on one knee, "We could use some ninja like you back in the Leaf. You're a special girl, I can tell" Leon said without any hesitation over the words. "Whatever you do with your skills, you'll be great at it. Maybe one day soon we'll get to work together. I'd hate to see us on opposite sides of a battlefield."

Almost two and a half hours into dusk, Sameonna continues to smash away at a large canyon, brutally crushing her knuckles with each blow. Each tear that fell from her face was just another sign that she was getting stronger. Dark lines formed around her eyes from lack of sleep over the days. Still, continuing to punch away at the stone, she finally got tired, after digging out a twenty foot deep tunnel with her bare fists. With that, she walked out; blood dripping endlessly from her shattered hand wounds.

Reaching the outside, she dropped, from extreme exhaustion. She had completed all of her weekly training except for a single necessity, that must be carried out in order to test how powerful she really had gotten. Turning around after falling against a tree like a worn-out clutz, she held her hands at the massive canyon that was atleast seventy-five feet high, and contained minerals that were said to be able to withstand multiple energy blasts by the inch. With that, she channeled the remaining small amounts of mental energies she had left and intensified the pressure inside of the tenketsu that rooted out to her palms, suddenly; an insanely large wave of pressurized wind generated from the concentration point from within her chest sliced through the grounds around her, creating a riveting shockwave clap that echoed throughout the surrounded boundaries with supreme force, creating a large hole in atleast thirty feet in all directions. The canyon however, was nearly annihilated. Obliterated to the highest point possible. Rocks began falling off and clashing into the ground, smashing the grounds below, creating a large dust cloud; water becoming corrupted by the falling dirt.

Tired, completely; while having a massive desire for water, she fell against the tree once more and began breathing heavily, looking up at the canyon that was destroyed completely. Smiling under the mask that bear the insignia of the Underwater city which covered her mouth to her nose, and wrapped around her face. She laid her head back against the wooden bark of the tree, hardly satisfied by the display of power that she exercised during this entire week, though she hoped her mother would be proud of the results. She looked at the masses of the clouds, which were streaming with strange hues of oranges and reds of all kinds of pristine colors, reflecting from the sprayed water and sunlight granted by the God's from above.. She sighed.

A man wearing a white cloak that cover his face walked up behind her. He then stood over her and looked at the Canyon. "After all these years I left you to train by yourself and you do this. I wonder sometimes why I didnt just let you fall off the mountain." Voltaire said grinning as he looked at the Canyon. "Oh. Yeah the hood covers my face you don't even know who I am yet." He would then remove the hood. " Does this face ring a bell. Voltaire Uzugara, the Champion you fought long ago, back on your regiment when you were being trained by the Rare Hunter Operatives." Voltaire said looking at her. He then noticed she aged and changed alot. She seems to hate him maybe for leaving her alone by herself to train and work on her own. "Eh...Sorry I never came to visit or look for you. Your not mad at me are you? If so I'll gladly leave." He says nonchalantly with a confused expression on his face. Voltaire then thought to himself wondering if what he just said was true that she turned all that the power he'd bestowed within her had formed into hatred. She didn't really have a social life after all. It was a life dedicated to training, and he knew this.

Looking up at the slightest little gesture of someone speaking, she was curious to find out who the mysterious man was as he spoke of a fight the two shared a long while ago, and being the Champion who trained her to use the Water Encampment Pillar fighting style. After the man removed his hood she stood up and simply hugged him. Saying nothing at all, no tears shed, and there was no wind blowing. It was completely silent. It certainly was not hatred. It was more like sorrow. ".. Voltaire.." She whispered, as the wind began to blow gently, brushing her ocean dyed blue hair about. The dust cloud was gone now, for the most part, and the mountain that was crushed beneath the raw power of the young ninja could be clearly visible. A disastrous sight it was, certainly a deadly one. She buried her head into his chest and began to talk ever so lightly. "Where did you go.." Her voice was slightly broken, she had not cared about anything for so long she simply forgot how to be emotionless in a situation such as this. ".. You said after my mother died that you'd take care of me and help me kill those responsible.." A small teardrop fell from her eyes, and she began to tighten the grip around him.

The wind had stilled now. All of these mixed emotions gravely affected Sameonna it would seem, and she was both surprised and scared at what might happen if she began to let Voltaire take her under his wing again. She did however wonder what he may have planned to do to rectify the situation, since he was rather comely as he spoke. Still, nevertheless, she backed off and let her grip go, leaving the mans body completely. And as always, as she was trained, continued to display her signature intrepid and daunt personality. "Actually," he said, placing a hand on her shoulder "I've come to seek you out personally." Feeling him hug her sent an all too human chill up her spine that made her body quiver and shake with inner happiness. She was curious as to what Voltaire might have been talking about when he mentioned that he actually came in search of her. She sat down in front of him, and pulled him to the ground easily. He handed a scroll to her.

"What.. Is this?" She laughed lightly, remembering the scar that had previously cursed her face, she gently ran her hand across the place it had been in the past, remembering the way she got it all too clearly. Still, trying to mindlessly brush off the pain that beset a mysterious mist upon her past, in which she held many burdens, she masked it with a happy expression with the cheerful personality she placed over herself for her lover. Then, putting her hand back down and helping to elevate her body by holding her torso up from sitting, she began to put her curiosity into action. She smiled as he explained himself. "That scroll was given to me by your mother a long time ago, with instruction to give it to you when you become a duelist, or when you were prepared enough to handle such a jutsu." She looked at it. "Cards?" With that, she looked back over, and he was gone. Disappeared from the face of the canyon just as the dust went away.

“And rushing on an overhead pass, came the elk.” Another line of the sutra, another addition to the movements. This time, it was alerting them, as if there was someone there with her. No more were simple blocks enough, that might have worked against the pebbles or rocks she would have used before, but not against a mighty elk. Instead, she wove in dodges into the pattern, complicating the footwork enough so that she needed to pay more attention to that. Weave to the side, dance around a kick, flowing under a punch and even a rough attempt at a cartwheel from a barrage of fireball. Not that the fighting style this is based off of usually included cartwheels mind you, it was simply something she added in as a partial attempt to ensure things were different, and to keep her movements at a more fluidly advanced state to improve her chances of dodging attacks both far and near.

“kicking the ground, and a stone fell...” Different was good, it insured that even a master of all games would have trouble predicting her plays and such. Which was always the main problem within shared styles that are created from the basis of another style. Everyone could see what was coming. This stanza, the dodges got bigger, and larger blocks were added. It was coming up to the most important part of the style, which she needed to get perfectly right. Gentle fist was a quick, fast moving and 'graceful' style, about gentle movements, the type that would seem stupid looking to a 'harder' style user - but this combined advanced movements that included vivid exchanges of footwork and aerial combat. Sameonna knew the way many styles were conducted and performed, and could see the advantages and disadvantage of each. With the help of her mother's Rare Hunters squad, she'd surely perfect this style in no time.

“and fell” Siting the target for the final part, Sameonna began to move. While still fluid and graceful, she was moving at full speed, the type that some would consider almost breakneck fast, but was simply the culmination of many martial arts blocks and attacks. “and died.” One final fake dodge, to represent the target starting to panic and throwing a fireball. A quick block, battering the last defenses aside, as her finger went for the kill “Ploop” as her hand made contact, she surged strategies, shoving the finger into the target... through the target until the tree had a finger sized hole... Examining the attack made, Sameonna immediately face palmed...

The hole was a cm too far from the black dot she had drawn before. By the standards of any other combat style, that would still be a considerably perfect shot. If one were to actually take the time to look all around the tree, and the dots it possessed, they would see there were many such holes, a legacy of her many failed attempts to hit the target. It was a depressing sight to Sameonna, because not only did it represent her many failures, it represented how unsatisfied her mother will be when she sees this tree. Moving back to the center, she prepared to start again.

Wrapped up in a sturdy clothe, Sameonna's arm rest in a sling. She was informed by the medical ninja who attended to her wounds that it was a miracle that she had gained back the control of her arms muscles after the hundreds of unbelieve attacks made on the trees in the surrounding area. So many strategies being lost in the process. It could have easily left her hospitalized for much longer, if not dead. The doctors and nurses really pushed for her to stay around, and for her to try and recover more before moving around again. The fluid movements had done more damage than Sameonna really believe it had, but she really had to keep going. Inactivity wasn't really an option considering she had to take up her new responsibilities. She now went to meet back up with Leon Akechi, a man she had met in her city during a class trip he took part in.. There was a question he had asked her that she wanted to give the answer to.

Sameonna had been sitting on a canyon not too far astray from the pinnacle of the Southern Keiritsu forests - constantly pitting herself against the very foundation of nature. In disbelief, the clouds opened up above her and in their wake - sunshine thrivelously was shown to penetrate the very fogs she was so familiar with. She looked up toward the sky and smiled. It was finally time for her to train her special affinity. Tsunami.

She would consistently attempt to tap into her body's spiritual forces, channeling water mental energy to the right side of her body, and wind mental energy to the left side in order to create a perfect balance. Even with her devastatingly precise mental energy control skills, such a task proved difficult for Sameonna. Still, she continued to constantly try and do it. Assuming a combat stance, she still remained completely still. Water from below her person began to swirl around her right foot, spinning in an unrelenting motion. Winds began to pick up from the bottom of her left foot and follow their counterparts in an endless stream of coherent bonds.

Without hesitation however, such deviated focus was lost; as she dropped to her knees once more. Training mental energy-based fighting styles was always a lot more difficult than simply training a strategy or strategy. It required absolutely precise mental energy control, and excellent predatory mandation. Perfect harmony was a much needed necessity to perform such feats - the thoughts of her previous war against Konoha began to flood the flask of her memory and provide a most bothersome disturbance to her strategy and its training procedure.

The past had grevious affects on the present, surely allowing for her to utilize such things to her benefit. She pushed and pulled the water around her after standing back up, bringing it closer to her body. The mass of thoughts could be sensed by Sameonna - even the cooling breeze and touch of the ocean could be felt once more. It seems now that she will need to improve her timing. Maybe improving her strategy of how to effectively take out the remaining structures that lay within the field before her.

It seemed like an inquisitive, almost impossible question - but seeing as there was only one or two sources of life in the water, she hadn't seen the need to channel more mental energy to the right side of her body, merely channel more wind mental energy to the left side instead to balance it out. The raging whirlwind mixed with the water and allowed for it to swirl around the winding torrents with ease. To Sameonna's surprise - her strategy was actually coming together quite nicely. Even she hadn't anticipated that it would take any less time for her to accomplish such a task.

In an attempt to atleast do some more damage, she channeled a portion of her wind mental energy to create a more violent atmosphere, the raging torrent of water immediately switching currents, as another strategy is activated, turning the emassed walls of water into violent sharks which would smash into each other with an exceedingly powerful impact - providing massive stationary destruction, and a powerful underwater crushing shockwave due to mixed velocities. This may seem like she has gotten herself distracted nonetheless, but she believed to be on the right track.

Noticing her errors and improving herself was the only way to perfect this water-based wind fighting style. Although the strategy had been recognized as beatdown - it had now been enhanced and its power was upgraded to a more heightened state - moreso turning into a monsoon of life point drops. The droplets poured onto the ground from above - the initial attack pressed onward at higher speeds tearing the trees and bushes apart which lay before her no longer.

Without warning however, her stance dropped and she fell to the ground once again. "Why can't I fucking get this right!? I've done everything correctly thus far." She was highly disgruntled and angered at her failures. Sameonna had rarely failed at anything her entire life. From the time she was in the academy throughout her graduation having to prove she was fit to become a ninja of Southern Keiritsu - thus killing six pre-graduated Genin ninja as well as ninety four other academy students in the process. Bloodshed was in her nature. And suiton mastery was in her blood. After learning how to effectively utilize the wind element she couldn't have been more pleased.

Instead of remaining silent and doing things the right way, she did things on a more relevant and mandated process based on her own code of honor. She learned and mastered the elemental affinity of fire as well. Although fire had no place in the world of water she lived in - she thought it could be useful when coming up against a user who could potentially use fire to defeat her in combat. Through training and mastery over its affinity, she elevated her capabilities by learning how to manipulate it on a spiritual scale, not having to have a strategy in order to perform a strategy which mandated its usage over flame. Regardless, she had to stay focused on the task at hand.

Suddenly it clicked within her mind as to what she had to do to master this fighting style. With the clap of her hands and a mental instability focused and revised, she stood from her knelt position and began channeling mental energys to both sides of her body once more. Channeling a fifteenth percent water mental energy to her right side and a fourteenth percent wind mental energy into her left side, she would press the mental energy toward her core and revitalize its pressure by exerting it through her hands. Considering the darkness has more of a direct control over the elemental status of strategy, channeling just a smaller portion of wind would allow the water to flow properly.

It wouldn’t be before long until the pain set in. This was a consequence the young shinobi would be forced to accept as she grew accustomed to the strain the strategy put on her muscles. Sameonna had been working out the strategy for a few days now, yet she hadn’t got it down to a science quite yet. “Once more.” she whispered quietly to himself. The characteristic swishing sound ensued, her ankles flaring up suddenly and then shooting outward a couple of meters forward. The explosiveness was there, her timing impeccable; however there was one major problem. Whiplash. Sameonna’s legs would invariably move in one consistent direction, her neck in the opposite. Falling forward, the shinobi hit the ground running but not on her legs this time.

Over-extension of her neck would prove troublesome, and in the worst case scenario fatal. This was something she would have to compensate for, not being able to adapt would render the strategy completely and utterly useless. Frustration ran rampant across the girls` brow, it was a damn shame. Punching the ground, a scowl formed on the corner of her lips. Letting forth a faint grunt, she picked herself up from the ground and continued about her training. “Again.” her vocal intonation lowered slightly, a sign of her growing displeasure. She grew tired. She wanted to go home, but couldn’t force herself to just walk away. She cursed her prideful nature, loosening her rigid shoulders as she attempted to perform the strategy again.

She barked in agony, her legs started to cramp and would soon go limp entirely. The Leone girl struggled to get her knees as she writhed pitifully on the damp earth. It was a sad sight to behold, the shinobi more closely resembling a wet dog than a human at this point. Her remoteness would prove troublesome to be sure, she was certain there was no one around for miles. Damn her weakness and her choice of seclusion too for that matter. Grass. It was the last thing she felt before falling unconscious from the exhaustion. She was in luck though, for she would elude death yet.

Sameonna awoke sometime later, all signs pointing to morning. She was home, though she didn't necessarily remember, how or when she got there. She felt rather strange, her hands lay lanquid at her sides, tucked under the warm embrace of her quilt. Her hands moved, and pushed forward to sit herself up, sliding the blanket across her body all the while shifting her legs out from under it. Looking downward she noticed her legs were more or less healed completely. As she remembered it, her legs were a dull purple in hue, she could barely move them, but here she was, and there they were. She couldn't even fully describe the situation.. It wa amiguous at best, to be honest.

The sharp eyed shinobi was almost glad in a way, she could've died after all. "Note to self.. Train in more populated areas." She turned her legs toward the edge of the bed whilst she spoke, trying to feel out any possible discomfort she may still have. Sameonna noticed a faint soreness though it was more akin to minor muscle strains, nothing more. The Leone girl pushed herself from the bed, landing smoothly, and walking over to a nearby chair where her parcel and equipment lay. Sameonna got dressed, albeit rather slowly, her head pointed up towards the wall as she did so. The tiles were egghell white in color of stucco texture. The drabness of the room didn't bother her as much as she thought, seldom did the thought of redecorating cross her mind; it only served her as a place of rest after all.

Once her dressing phase was complete, adorned in her new clothing that befit her coke-bottle shape perfectly, she went across the hall and quickly made breakfast. The food had little taste as it swirled around in her mouth, battered about by her tongue. Taste ceased to exist long ago for the shinobi, it was like her room - only having one purpose. Sameonna finished her food rather quickly, placed her dishes into the sink, and stepped out of her apartment. As she crept down the stairs which led outside, she noticed a young girl in her late teens to early twenties sitting peculiarly on one of the steps outside of her building. She was beautiful to say the least, long black hair and extremely dark eyes; and was a long time rival of Sameonna. Officer Takuna Kiuzima. She wore the city's BDU Police Force uniform, but without a mask. An enemy of her if there ever was one.

"I assume you're alright now." She spoke, letting loose a slight smile as she did so. Her Southern Keiritsu forehead protector lay prominently on where it should be, though slightly tilted to one side. She didn't look menacing, though you could never been too sure with kunoichi in the Land of Water. They were all deadly. Look at Sameonna for example. "Why did you come after me, and why have you decided to confront me?" She bellowed, pulling out a kunai as she spoke. "Oh, so that is how you talk to someone who just saved your life? Ask a little nicer and I might just tell you!" She was toying with Sameonna. This angered her. "Answer me, you impident worm.." She'd pettily comment. Her eyes lit up, she was seething. Sameonna simply spit on the ground. "Nevermind.. I have more important things to attend to. She'd bow, and leave.

After leaving the gates of her home city, she traveled for several hours without seeing a single person, it didn't bother her much as the young ninja had a tendancy to phase out of the real world and day dream as she walked along a dusty road, every couple of minutes she would briefly return to the real world and check her surroundings. As she looked forward he started to notice the beginning of a forest, she was on the outskirts but noticed smoke rising from further in, being curious and slightly worried that one of her fellow ninja may be in trouble she decided to investigate...

The flag of the blade sailed behind her as she moved quickly through the trees, the dense woodland becoming more and more thick as she moved through it. The blade easily removed anything in her way, and the trail fanning behind her, setting everything on fire as it moved through all the things. The blade was held close enough to her body when she made it through the bush, aware that she was on soft soil now, aware that she was very close to the edge of Southern Keiritsu, it would not be long until she reached the ends of the forest, she could see someone in the way, a man, one who clearly did not know what he was getting in the way of. However, she could not just run him over, that would be too cruel, but she could not let the dragon get out of her sight either. Mixed emotions filled her.

"Please, get out of my way, I don't wanna have to hurt you"

Her words would be highlighted by her weapon as she presented it forward, the trail of flames which had followed the weapon following it upwards. The blade would burn brightly, the flames that consumed it enough to eat away at almost any object, human flesh included. The weapons size would be increased by the flames, the four foot blade extended and extra one and a half feet, the entire thing consumed by a bright, almost white flame. It was not so much an offer to the male, as a command, if he did not remove himself from her path, she would need to remove him for her own self, since that creature in the sky would not wait. If anything, it would give her a chance to test her flame trapping skills, but she would rather find the dragon before hand.

Increasing the power of the flames would increase the length of the trail that she could leave behind, which is what she had done as the raven haired male entered the clearing and stood in her way. The trail would be more than enough to set him alight, and only the most powerful of alloys would be able to stand its wrath if he was caught by the trail. Presently, her trail was not too powerful, extending a mere five meters behind the weapon, the temperature of which was well over the melting point of earth. To prove she was not exaggerating to the male, she would whip the sword to the side, unleashing a flash of flames outwards, the trail following the path of the blade and moving towards him. However, she had stopped too far from him, and he would only feel the heat of the weapon for now, it was an example, she did not want to have to kill him.

However, some people could only be cured by death, and while she was a firm believer in keeping the peace, she also believed that not all men stood for what was right. Some people were merciless, and tried to destroy all they could reach, and some wanted to watch the world burn around them. Those people were the kinds that would not listen to logic, the kinds of people she knew would fight just for the fun of fighting. Perhaps this male was that, or maybe he would move out of the way for her. She did not know, all she knew was that she was going to catch that god damned dragon even if she had to kill this guy. No one, not anyone in the world, was going to stop her from getting the winged beast as a companion, that was a promise.

Akurano worked his way through some shubbery until he came into a clearing, assuming he must be close to what ever is causing the destruction he looked around and was startled to see a trail of smoke and flames rising from the forest around him.

Before the pale ninja could comprehend what was going on he heard a woman shouting at him, turning to her to see what was happening he was met with a powerful blow from what seemed to be a large sword made of fire. Completely dumbstruck by what was going on Akurano wasn't able to know whether the attack purposely missed or whether the crazed woman had missed in haste. His face almost burnt as the flaming blade narrowly avoided him. The woman still approaching him, Akurano was unsure whether she would attack him again or simple run him down.

Confused and slightly scared and still trying to understand what she had said before, was she threatening him or generally concerned, with little time to react Akurano thought the best idea would be simple to neutralise the threat, pacifer her. Facing her he formed a chain of hand seals. Quickly and accurately, as he formed the last seal he slammed his hands into the ground. A bright blow semi-sphere surrounded him suddenly. Emitting a buzzing sound as the lightning charkra surrounded him. Instantly he forced the forcefield to suddenly expand rapidly.

Apparently the male refused to move, and now seemingly mad at her, began to perform hand seals. However, Sameonna would have none of it, she had not attacked the man directly, nor did she plan to still, but she would prevent him form doing something stupid. Moving rapidly as he performed his seals, she would move her sword to his throat before he had time to slam his hands on the ground, as if he did, his throat and head would be melted by the sheer heat. In fact, just being in such close proximity of the tip of the fire blade would sear his skin painfully, but he would certainly not be able to do anything about it. His strategy, whatever it was going to be, was disrupted, and she once again found herself asking a question.

"Do you really want to die?"

The dragon, at this moment in time would be a little further away, but she refused to give up on it. As she held the blade outwards, she gave a quick scan of the sky to see if it was still within sight. She had been catching up at one point, but now it was probably too late to do anything. Her eye twitched in annoyance, if he had indeed forced her to lose the trail of the great sky beast, she would indeed kill him. Such a grand creature would not be wasted. The flames of the weapon were still fluttering in the air behind her after she had moved, the line of fire burning everything as it floated. The forest that had been burning behind her was either catching up now, or the flames from her previous movement had managed to spark a flame. Either way, she would not be hurt by the tremendous fire, but this male may not be so lucky.

The weapon had spawned the great tale of flames with such intensity that as they had rose into the air, as warm air did, it had ignited the leaves and the trees of the canopy above, and now immolation was imminent. She would feel a little guilty about all this, but it was accidental. Mostly anyway. The flame trail had been something she had needed to master, and in doing so, if she set some forests on fire or destroyed some property, well, as long as no one was hurt, she would be fine with it. The male, if he made the wrong move, could face the possibility of sharing fates with the forest, being set alight by her weapon. Merely touching the fire with a flammable material would allow it to burn with such strength for such a long time. Although she possessed no ability for immortal fire yet, she understood that the weapon was still lethal.

Impractical for the most part, as she could not think of a situation where using the sword to create a streak of fire would be necessary. Then again, as this male had proven, people and surprises happened all the time, if by mastering every aspect of the blade she gave herself multiple paths of fighting, she would also create multiple ways of surviving. The searing metal waited for an answer, it was up to him, he could not escape her now, sure, she would allow a few steps back so he was not melted by the heat of the flames, but running away, or even attacking, not a chance, he would be dead before he could do anything of the sort. Smirking a little, she raised an eyebrow, right now even a quick movement would not help, as she would simply kill him before he had the chance to move, she had been around long enough to know the signs of a body before it forced itself to do those, even if she lacked the capabilities herself.

It had not been a good day for the young ninja, he now understood why leaving the city was such a large deal, starting with a simple stroll he found himself on his knee's with a flaming blade dangerously close to his face causing major discomfort and what he assumed to be the starting of some savage blistering, The forest around him was burning and he assumed that he would soon join it. He was still trying to piece together the last minute or so of his life. Several moments after he was rushed by an unknown woman, she asked him a question. The fact that she asked such a question was more shocking then the whole event that had taken place. Although he rarely gets annoyed he was getting rather aggy at this point but he knew it would be for the best not to start shouting in the position he was in.

"Die? I was going for a stroll... Wondered why my countries forest was on fire and to finish things off when I went to investigate I had some half crazed woman charging at me with a giant flaming blade, and you think I wanted to die?"

Sweat began to pour off him, his breathing became heavier and the blistering was becoming more severe. Hoping that his innocent responce was enough for the woman to at least draw the god forsaken sword away from his seemingly melting face. There was little moisture in the air as it had been obliterated by this girls rampage on the forest. Swallowing to try and clear his throat morikana obo glanced up at the woman and noticed that she was scanning the sky like she was looking for something.

Guilt saddled the girl, that was not supposed to happen, she was not supposed to be the bad person. No, she had mistaken the male, sighing, she lowered her sword, which still left behind a trail in the air, falling to the earth. This was dangerous stuff, and it was not supposed to end up with the loss of innocent lives. The blade to her side, she looked around the forest, the weapon had caused some serious destruction, the fire from it alone enough to cause such destruction, she had not used any of her own skills. Akumahi Ken, Demonic Flame Blade indeed, using merely the supplementary abilities of the weapon she had ended a rather large section of earth with minimal mental energy output and skill usage. And now she had forced an innocent into submission, this was not right.

As the world burned around her, she stumbled back, feeling horrible for her own actions, the devastation she caused was nothing compared to taking a life, she did not want that. He had been taking a fucking stroll for gods sake, and she had been so wrapped up in capturing the dragon that she had thought he was another fool in the way of trying to stop her. The flame blade in her hand felt calm again, as it always did. It was not the weapon, it did not thirst for blood, it was a kindred spirit of her own body, not calling for blood, merely for a good equal fight. What she had given it, was certainly not a fight, it was a disgrace to her own name and abilities, having sworn not to kill anyone who did not deserve it, and almost going out of her way to do such, simply because he had been walking through her direction and intercepted her course?

Although reasons for someone to walk through a forest that was on fire was minimal at most, but he was probably trying to discover the source of the flames and the core of the problem. Her. There was a loud crack to her right as a tree erupted into flames, the sap of it heating and exploding, shattering the wood from the tree causing an explosion of tree shards as the tree fell forward. It was going to land on their position, and, still feeling bad for trying to kill him, Sameonna would move to destroy it, her blade coming up, the searing steel meeting the wood of the tree, cauterizing it and easily sliding through the wood of the tree. Although massive and heavy, it would not be able to withstand such steel, never mind the weapons sharpness on top of the fact it was on fire. And for good measure, the trail of the flames burned the tree, her arm still extended in the air as the tree was cut over them.

The fire was spreading at a rapid rate, and things were getting fucked, if the male did not escape the forest soon he would find this his grave, and his body would be cremated if that was the case. The genes in her body allowed her to withstand such temperatures with such ease, but the beading of sweat on the males forehead was more than enough to tell her that he was struggling, and the fire from the blade probably had not helped. Arm still extended, the flames still arcing from the weapon as it cleaved through the tree, Sameonna stood poised as the two logs fell either side, a shocking display of dominance and power, both of herself and the sword. The fire would soon reach the point where he would die regardless of whether or not he could escape the flames, the heat would force him to pass out, and she did not care how guilty she felt, she would not carry him.

Looking up at the woman he didn't understand how she was coping with the heat and to be honest he was to occupied with trying to live, on his knees he felt an anger building inside of him, looking up at the woman he was growing more furious. He knew she wouldn't help him and why should she, it was survival of the fittest and in this case he surely wasn't the fittest infact he was infact the equivilant of an obese kid running an uphill marathon in the middle of summer.

Refusing to go down with a fight he knew that his chances were slim but he had to try something. With little energy and mental energy left he tried to reach into his pouch and slyly removed a kunia. taking a deep breath and taking a last look at the sky he attempted a last lunge at that woman who had forsaken his life from the moment he had met her.

As the tree fell around the, she was struck in her midsection by the male and his blade. Where a normal person could have or would have been fatally wounded by the kunai, she was just angered at his selfishness. As he collided with her body, she drew her elbow downwards, striking him in the back of the neck as they fell backwards, drawing the sword over, the fire igniting greater than ever, and plunged it through his back. The flame of the sword itself would be enough to ignite him as it was, but the trail of the weapon would also bear itself upon his body as the fire followed the sword, and he would be induced to even more painful burning. Brought upon himself, but he would die, burning from the inside and outside for his arrogance. He could have escaped, her could have saved her the blood on her hands. Now however, it was too late for her to do anything about it.

Ripping the headband from her body, she would spin in a circle, dragging the flames of the blade in a circle around them, this would be his ritual from her, he would be cremated, and that was enough for her. His death, while unnecessary, was done now, and there was nothing she could do about it. The blade had done its job, however, it sang a sorrowful tune at the death, having caused something that was not meant to happen, a crime against nature, an unworthy death. He had attacked, and she had defended herself, thats all there was to it, but she abhorred death without a point, as did her sword. As the forest fell around her she began to once more sprint, having tucked the males headband into her own pouch for later on, she needed to get back on the trail of that dragon, but it meant clearing to a place where there was no smoke, and now that the fire had engulfed everything there was little chance of that happening now.

Her sword still in her hand, she moved swiftly, cutting down any forestation before her as it moved in her path, the trees falling, apparently the bush was a lot larger than she had guessed, and the fact she was running for such a length of time made her wonder if the dragon had already escaped, but surely the fact that there was a gargantuan fire and smoke billowing from all directions, would the dragon not come to try and find what the source was? After all, creatures such as that were bore from fire, would they not be attracted to it? Well, it did not matter now, she had to keep moving so she could get to see it at least. Looking up, the canopy above her was smoldering, but she could get through it. Swinging her blade, she forced the flames to rise into the air, and they cut down some of the trees using the trail, which was more than enough to let her see the sky for a few seconds.

A dark shade swooped overhead, the Dragon was around here, apparently attracted by her destruction of everything here, but she could not see where it was through the fire and smoke, only that it was over the forest right now, meaning she was so close to her target now that her excitement was growing, and the swords too. A battle worth the blade, to fight a dragon, to face a creature of such an element, the same element as their own. Sameonna held the blade forward; also pulling her Tanto out to slay the dragon as well, watching as the trail of flames followed. The weapon was growing stronger, she could feel it, and with a stronger weapon, the trainer got stronger when using it. She was so close now, mastery of the blade would soon be attained, and after that? Well, she would continue mastering it, it was her sword, she could do with it what she wished. Taking one final slash, she formed a line in the earth, ten meters in length, the flame of the blade being created in an awesome fashion like the tail.

As he had expected his final efforts in bringing down his enemy had failed, as his blade was deflected e felt a grusome pain tear through his torso, his body burning with agonising pain. She had conquered the dragon, and become a more powerful ninja in the process.

Sameonna clicked her tongue at her surroundings, the sun still high in the sky, and the warmth basking the Earth, and she was completely lost already. It was kind of bad, she had never met anyone else with such a terrible sense of direction, and it was sort of depressing. However, the young waterbred female did not let that bother her, she was out of there, and she was moving around all well and good already, trying to think of something to do as she went. Figuring that she was going southwards, bound for the land of sand, so she imagined that learning how to use a sword properly was a good idea, especially one that could channel the powers of her future fire element. This did not work simply as her heat conduction strategys would work in the future, it would be weak and rather ineffective, but sooner or later, she would get it to a scale that was on par with a torch.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Sammy Fri Sep 04, 2015 6:48 pm

As the blade was unhitched, she felt the unadulterated power sear through the weapon. Much potential was met in these hands, and she understood the power that she was willing to unleash using such a tool. As the weapon swung forth, she felt how comfortable it was in her hands. Where the Searing Katanas were just lumps of metal, this felt like a true blade, one she knew she could command with ease and elegance, this was more than just a sword, it was an extension of her own existence, a tool crafted by her own kind to create even more devastation with their mastery of fire. Her mental energy was drawn to it, a moth to a flame, and such a flame would be more than hypnotic to her, she wanted to cast it over the lands using it. As the mental energy moved through the blade, she felt the weight of it easing a little, as though it was less than a weapon, and part of her more completely.

The tip ignited in flames as she swept it up to the sky, hidden in the bright light of the sun. Her eyes squinted against it, the brightness of the sun not something easily looked at, but the radiance surrounding the weapon was her goal, the insignificant flame at the end of the blade would soon become something so righteously powerful that it would outshine the sun. As the blade was lowered to the earth, Sameonna felt her pride dip a little as she looked at the small flame that adorned the weapon. The tip had ignited and had flowed around the outside of the weapon, dancing maybe an inch from the sword, a heat that would need to be pressed against something before the burning would be felt, not even enough to cauterize the average wound. Indignant that her first try at it was quite unastounding, she forced herself to think of the future, sure, it was small and pathetic now, but soon her mastery over the flames would shine brightly.

Holding the blade at arms length, she looked around, looking at it, the blade did look a little more intimidating when it was on fire, and the small flames dance around the edges. Sure, it was weak, but it did not mean other people understood that, they would merely see that a sword was on fire, which was always cool. The flame would grow with knowledge and experience of the sword, which was enough for her, as she needed to concentrate on where she was going. The forest she had gotten lost in, had turned into a small town, and she looked around it. The air smelled salty, and she was rather confused by that, last time she had entered the land of wind. Well, there had been sand, now it just smelled like... The ocean? How weird, perhaps she had been heading the wrong way all this time. Shrugging, she continued onwards into the town, she would hitch a ride from someone or something. Sheathing the sword, forgetting that it was ignited, she walked towards a rather grouchy female on the dock, as she was not comfortable talking to the big guys.

The woman had been rather mean, and Sameonna had been left stumbling over her words, and now she had found herself a birth on the ship somehow. It had been strange, but sitting in the birds nest at the top of the ship was kind of cool, she had free reign as long as she watched for trouble, and had a bunk when night fell. Now she was climbing the ropes to get to the small position at the top, she was wondering how she had managed such a feat. Well, it was too late for concern now, and too late to remember she had a fear of heights. Pursing her lips and refusing to look down, she forced herself upwards, the wind blowing her red tinted hair as she moved upwards the rope shakily. Cowardice was not something faced with sympathy in the compound, so she was certainly not looking for someone to help her here, she knew she could do it on her own. The Ryujin Jakka hit her back comfortably as she climbed, the rest of her equipment back in her new room, keeping her belt and sword on her.

As the wood was felt beneath her fingers, she felt relieved that there some solidity again, instead of just the rope beneath her. As she climbed onto the wooden nest, she felt a little more comfortable, despite the height of course, but now she was given free time to train, and as long as she kept an eye out for any danger, she figured it would be cool. Unhitching the lengthy blade from her back, she clasped the steel handle in her palm, feeling the power through her again. The current of her mental energy was taken from her, a little more this time, even though it was still a small amount, and she hardly noticed it. As the flame current proceeded to coat her blade, she witnessed the more impressive change in the weapon this time, and as the flames began to increase in size, the feeling of power that exuded through the weapon felt greater. This felt right, this was the course of power she wanted.

As the blade continued to dance before her eyes, she watched the flames dart onto the flat surface of the blade, however, these flames were a lot lighter, leaving the blade with a still thin look, yet one that danced with fire, and looked like a blade comprised of only mental energy and flames than of Platinum alloy beneath. The flames of the weapon, where they had only been about an inch prior, were now about half a foot from the blade, and it danced in the wind, but she could feel the heat extending from it, hell, the wood beneath it was burning a little. Realizing what she had done she raised the sword from the wooden barrier and accidently stabbed it into the mast behind her. Crying out, she almost fell from the top of the nest, but she gripped the sword and stayed on, the mast beginning to catch fire. As she released the handle, the fire disappeared, leaving her relieved, but sort of worried about the stab and burn mark.

Looking down, she wondered if anyone had noticed, and it was lucky that they had not. She would be gone before anyone realized what she had done at least. Hopefully anyway. As the boat was risen and dropped by the tide, she began to get her sea legs, even being as high up as she was, it felt kind of cool. The young Leone female heard some noise below, and looked over the wooden barrier down, apparently one of the men had tried something to the captain, and she had chopped his head off, and it was quite disturbing. The body was tossed over the edge, and as the boat pulled away from the floating corpse, it began to jiggle weirdly. She did not understand it at first, but as a fin grazed the surface, she realized he was being eaten, and another sick feeling arose in the pit of her stomach. She did not want to become shark bait. Looking out over the seas she did her job finally, noticing something in the distance. A ship.

"Captain, there's a ship, uh... In that direction"

Everyone looked at her she pointed in the direction, since she had no idea which direction it was, just that way. The female on the deck slapped her palm to her face and walked to the port side. Sneering, she turned and raised her fist.

"It's feeding time boys, get hitched up! You, girl, you fight with us or I'll kill you"

Her heart sank.

This was not what she had signed up for.

The weapon still embedded in the wood, she reached back and tore it free, it looked like there was no way out of this one, she did not want to hurt anyone, but she did not want to lose her bunk, especially not here in the middle of the ocean. Well, with no choices before he, she supposed she could partake in a little action, she would not kill of course, she would leave that uncouth action to the pirates below, but she would act her part. Closing her eyes, not really looking forward to any of the following, she re-sheathed the blade and placed her hand on the ledge. Her blade was enough for this fight, she did not need to gather her other materials from her room, the belt and the weapon would serve her well enough for this battle, especially if she was going to need little room to fight lots of people. This was a whole new variety of battle for her, never before had she fought on a moving battle ground. It was kind of exciting.

As she hopped the ledge and landed softly onto the deck below, many of the males gave her leacherous looks, but she forced herself not to shudder and went to the edge of the ship next to the captain. The red haired woman was scantily clad indeed, but she looked so small, much like herself, but guaranteed, if she could order the males behind them about, then she was indeed powerful. Atsui had hoped not to have too much trouble with this, but as the ship approaching them grew closer, it became obvious that they too, were pirates. Which meant the little fighting she believed she would need to partake in, had suddenly become an all out war on two boats. She shoulder sagged a little, she really would need to kill someone here, otherwise things could get troublesome, and they would most likely all die in the end. Survival, it was them or her.

The female next to her must have mistaken her sudden change of demeanor as fear of a fight as opposed to her attitude. Smacking the girl on the back, the female laughed and held her sword high in the air, as though this was supposed to make her feel better. All the men behind them roared out too, and faintly, she could hear the roars of the other ship too. At this distance, she could probably strike their ship with a card with an exploding tag and end the battle before it started, but she could feel her blade talking to her. It wanted her to master it, and she could only master it through using it, and it wanted to be in this fight. Swallowing thickly, she placed her hand on the blade, feeling the power course through her again, like every time, the sublime feeling of dominance coating her.

As the blade was unsheathed, the fire spread through it as it was pulled from the sheath, looking as though it had been ignited the entire time. The weapon rang out as she raised it into the sky along with everyone else's, the flames shining bright in the sky. The female looked at the mighty weapon with hunger in her eyes, but Sameonna would not have any of it. This was her weapon, the female could go die if she wanted to place her filthy hands on it. As her emotions exploded with her heart racing, the flames began to dance brighter and more dangerously, as though answering her call for the strength. This would require a greater source of power to fight here, she would need the ability to incapacitate with extreme pain as opposed to actually full out killing. The heat of the weapon would be searing, and the pain of being caught in the flames would feel as though a wound had been opened and cauterized in milliseconds. The ship grew ever so close.

Sameonna moved the blade across her body in an instant, an arrow crashing against its hot platinum, instantly the wooden projectile burning to ashes. Sure, it would not have done anything to her if the arrow had hit her, but again, this was cooler, the fact that she had totally just denied some guy with a sweep of her hand and her awesome fiery blade. The female next to her gave a small noise of surprise and awe at the fact the the red faced girl had moved so fast and so fluidly that she had stopped an arrow. However, that arrow was the catalyst of the fight, and people began to swarm, from both sides people swung from ropes attached to the riggings to get to the other boat, and the small girl prepared herself for it all. As a male came swinging right at her, he dropped from the air and tried to cleave her in half, but she was too quick, bringing her blade up to stop his own, she redirected to the side and drew the flat side of the sword along his ribcage.

She winced as he screamed in pain, the searing heat clearly burning his flesh, and even the stench of it got to her. But he would not be getting up from that wound easily, especially not as he was kicked in the face by another, trying to shut him up. The female spun around and blocked an attack from behind, the blade passing close to the males face as it did so, probably burning his eyes and the sensitive skin on his face, making him close them and look away. Perfect time. As her foot met his stomach, his face smashed off the flat of her sword and he screamed out until she struck him again in the face with her knee. She had probably just killed this one by accident. Her mother and Team Tsunami were two parts of her life that made her impossibly hard to defend against, meaning that if you were given head trauma, you were probably dead. There was no time to dwell though, she needed to keep going.

The blade flared as she spun, a small trail of fire behind her as she turned around, using the flat of the blade again to knock some guy out. He was unconscious before he could register the pain of being knocked in the head by a searing hot piece of metal, which was lucky for him. People seemed to notice the small angry woman with the flaming blade, and they noticed the fact that she was knocking people down left right and center, and now she was given a wide berth from most, but she had settled into her battle lust. As more and more pirates piled onto the ship, she became more confident and more amused by everything. It was as though she was moving at a far greater pace than everyone else. People fell before her, each time, she would knock them on their asses, at least one part of their body burned badly by her weapon, and their pride shattered by the small female, none of them having expected such a wrath from such a person, the captain perhaps, but the red faced youth no.

Her body erupted with the heat as she fought, slowly draining the air of any moisture it contained, and the world around her would heat up, making the battle even more desperate, the dried throats of the pirates and their sweat, all of it caused by her. As the blade moved swiftly, she dismantled defense after defense, each one being brought down before her, screaming or unconscious. Unsure of how long it had been, she knew that the force could not last much longer. It was not until a blow caught her off guard with such fierce power that she was knocked through the battle. The wood splintered beneath her body as she crashed into the wooden wall of the ship, looking at what had struck her. A man of impossible proportions loomed over the battle, knocking people off the side of the shit, defending the people in front of them. His body was practically covered in shields.

"That's unfair..."

The wood snapped and cracked as she pulled herself from it, the wall mostly destroyed and the contents of the mess was shown to everyone up on deck. She was a little shaken from the blow, uninjured, but certainly shaken. Her armored skin was more than enough to protect her from any injury the male thought she would have sustained, which was made clear by the expression he wore on his face as she got up. Clearly they had not expected to attack a ship containing an immortal. She had let go of her sword when she had been struck, and it now lay on the deck of the ship. The fight had been silenced and everyone was watching her, the sword, and the massive man coated in shields. There was a quick scramble from a man who jumped on her sword, possibly thinking that it held a special power, but he was quickly proven wrong as his skin was seared when it touched the metal. Atsui tried not to wince, but she could not help it, his scream was deafening. Stumbling back, he clutched his hand in agony, right before falling off the deck into the water.

The sword was still hotter than hell, and he had paid the price. As Sameonna walked for the sword, she knelt to it and picked it up in her right hand once again, feeling the warmth spread through her. The blade was once more back where it belonged. As the male in the shields stepped back, she advanced, holding the weapon outwards, pointing it at him, gesturing he was next. As he stepped back again, she moved, running at him, using the blade to cleave at his shield. She knew that the kinetic energy would be practically useless, but she was trying to force the metal to heat exponentially. If his shield grew to such a temperature, then he would not be able to wear it anymore, simple as that. However, as the weapon approached, he seemed to grow his wits back, and spun his shield rapidly. First simply the flame was sucked towards him, but then she felt herself also being pulled. Her eyes widened and she fell forwards, slamming into the sheet of metal.

However, Sameonna was starting to get really annoyed with all this, and with the blade still in hand, and to his unprotected legs, she brought it across and through both of his shins. He froze, then released an inhuman scream as he tried to stumble backwards, but leaving both of his feet behind, blood poured from the wounds, and the Leone jammed her eyes shut so she did not have to witness it. His voice became distant, then a massive splash erupted from the water. He was certainly too heavy to be buoyant, and she realized that she had killed him. The weapon burned the blood off, the fire cleansing the blade again, leaving no reminder of the kill, but she knew, she knew. All of a sudden it was as though sound had restarted, and the battle exploded around her.

Standing and raising her weapon, she stopped two swords and used the fire on the weapon to melt through the swords and knocked both of them backwards, both of them suffering massive burns on their hands and chests from where the sword had landed. Both of them falling over, she moved over them, striking another male in the back with the flat of her sword and forcing him to scream out as his shirt caught on fire and the heat burned his back. There were very few pirates left, but the young girl could see that the captain of this ship was locked in a power struggle with the captain of the other. It did not seem like she was winning either, it would not have been a concern of hers if she did not think that by losing the captain, the ship would be lost. Quickly, she moved to the deck, the scarce remainder of enemy pirates escaping or dying, there was just the clean up.

-"The first few steps up the stairs were easily cleared, but the moment I hit the last step, I was hit by a powerful gust of wind that nearly threw me off the upper deck. Holding onto the banister, I kept my hold, and managed to move forwards. It appeared that both of the two captains possessed extraordinary power over the wind release, the massive bursts were exploding from each time their swords met, and the wind was being forced around them by the others wind masteries, forming a wall at each other that could not break each other. The full force was being fired around them, and the wind was enough to put out the fire of my blade, but I refused to let it stay unlit. As she struggled forward, she felt the almost tide lack actions of the wind as it forced itself through each blow, and looking at them, she was able determine when the massive gusts would occur.

It took a second, but there was one she saw, as the captain of the ship she was trying to protect lost her strike, and was overpowered by the male, who used his chance to try and kill her, but I took my own chance, and moved in, the sword igniting instantly with a spark and the flames eating up the metal and moving onwards as I thrust at his torso. There was no way to avoid this one, especially against a master of wind, I needed to give him the least amount of possibilities to stop me. The flames of the weapon would sear his chest before the weapon would even penetrate the soft flesh, he screamed as the fire burned his underside, and fell backwards, his attack ending and the wind blowing her backwards. Her sword was put out, but it was already too late for the man, his body was affected too badly, the flames already melting his insides along with his outsides."-

However, Sameonna had already fallen back, unable to ignite her sword at the moment as it was once more on the deck, this time embedded point first in the wood, searing it madly. The male was now on fire, but as he fell backwards over the banister and fell into the ocean with a splash. The Leone female looked over to the other ship, about seven or eight pirates left, scrambling to get away, but it seemed not to be the case. The pirates on the ship she traveled on had pulled up a cannon, her eyes widened and she moved forward, leaning over the top deck to the bottom as they fired, the other ship exploding in a mass of fire and wood, and she covered her head as the splintered wood rocketed over the ship. Tears fell from her eyes, there had been too much death today, and she had caused a lot of it. Having knocked the pirates unconscious, the others had taken advantage of it and murdered them in cold blood.

Closing her eyes, she grasped the sword and walked swiftly to her room. The flames burning around the steel, a sign that she was very angry, not only with the people of the ship, but with herself. A life had been taken, no, three lives, by her own hand, by the very blade that burned with such fury that the heat scorched the floorboards beneath her as she walked. She had enough of this, she would wait it out until they arrived at thunder country, and she would swiftly find something to make her feel better, maybe some kittens or perhaps a dance. This had been traumatic for her, she did not want to feel this desperation, it was not only unfair, but it was horrific, the lives that had been wasted for what? For money? For something of value such as her sword? That male who had lost his hand trying to steal it from her, it was all pointless. The tears evaporated from her cheeks as she sat against the wall. She did not want to cry, she wanted to be happy.

Laying on the filthy bed, Sameonna held the sword in the air, balanced in between her index, thumb and middle finger, her mental energy coursing through the metal, and the flames licking the steel of the blade. This. Had been an unwanted day, and she wanted it to be over right now. The flames seemed to flicker in agreement with her, as though feeling her discontent. It made her feel a little more light hearted, the fire she controlled, the iron will, the flaming temperament, all part of her life, something she had to live with. All of it could be channeled into this weapon though, it was her anchor, something she could create as an extension of her body, the flames that roiled through it, a mere pittance to the burning passion that she beheld. It's power was nothing if not extravagant. The deadly fire that burned was very hot, it could scold even an Leone if they were not careful.

The sword, to her, embodied something that she did not represent in her own self, it was a source of power for her, perhaps why it felt so good in her hands. The young girl had never held herself in a position where she believed she was strong, she was always doubting herself, and she feared for her own life too much. But when this sword was grasped in her hands, and she focused the seemingly godly power of it, it felt as though she was on a higher plane of existence, as though she was without inhibitions. Perhaps it was her own psychosis, but she just felt most comfortable when the sword was there, on her travels, she had never felt as though she was protected, aside from meeting Naomi, but, with the Ryujin Jakka, it was as though she had someone watching her back at all times, and it was a safe feeling, like warm arms wrapped around her.

The boat was docked, she felt the gentle bump against the dock itself. The land of thunder. She had arrived here, not in a happy mood, but in one piece, and with a greater understanding of both the weapon she wielded and her own self. The flames seemed to agree, as the fire had seemed to cool down a little, the dancing of the flames not as powerful as her emotions crashed a little. Being at shore once more had brought a resounding calm over her. As the door to her room opened, the flame exploded upwards momentarily and tickled the roof, the reddish hue staining the wood black under its intense heat. However, before the flame could catch, the girl made sure to reduce it to a relative size to make sure there would be no danger of harming anything, and keeping her emotions under control. It was the captain, and she stood in the doorway, her expression sullen.

"I want to-"

"You don't want to thank me, lots of people died today that shouldn't have"

For once, she had said something cool, and it made her feel kind of good about herself, but she knew it was merely because the woman was here to thank her, meaning she was being respected. Respect. There was something she had not earned before, and she did not deserve it now. If she was to be truly respected, then none of them would have died today, and she would not be so down on her feelings. This was not respect, it was shame. And with the last traces of the thought, everything began to heat up, the flames on the sword licking the metal quickly, the heat increasing immensely, and as she stood and walked to the door, each of her footsteps left black scorches beneath her, and the female pirate moved out of her way. As she moved off the boat, she did not look back. Thunder country, there was bound to be something here.

Sameonna lay on the grass, the sword on the earth beside her, staring into the air, thinking about things. Over such a short time, she had progressed her level of skill with the blade quite remarkably, and she was no where near finished. The thought that the weapon could become even deadlier sent shivers down her spine. Sure, she never wanted to harm someone with intent, but she knew that she needed to fight, and the best weapon was the one that you only needed to use once. The flame of the blade, once complete, would be able to cut through anything, and even though this was only the second to last rank, it was still incredible. The blade would harbor powers that would be able to eat away at most materials, and the heat, well, it was on par with her own resilience. Yet, this would defeat her own, it was a level higher once she could master this level of the fire. So enthralling, the blade was most deadly weapon, and at the same time, could be used as a tremendous defense.

As her hand ran down the cold metal of the blade, she realized that it had not been activated since the fight on the boat, and it had cooled eventually. The weapon looked remarkable, even without the flames, looking truly like a legendary sword should. The blade, when covered in flames, seemed like it could not be stopped by anything, which was sort of the truth, as it had met no material yet that the godly flames could not eat through in no time at all. Yet the weapon held abilities and strategys that she could master, many of them, the fire was not restricted to merely the blade, no, it could be mastered in a far grander scheme. Her palm pressed against the cold platinum of the weapon, her fingers gently caressing it, her mental energy smoothly being instilled in the grand weaponry. The earth around it hissed as the moisture was burned from it, and the fire lit everything. Sameonna slid her hand through the fire and to the hilt before she was to be burned.

As she grasped the weapon she moved her body swiftly through the motions, turning on her heel and swiping the blade outwards, willing the fire to expand, willing it to explode forth in a bullet like manner. The flames spat out, but beyond that, nothing, the small fire fell to the grass and caught on, the immense power of the Akumahi Ken flames she wielded incinerating the earth and grass as though it was nothing. Clicking her tongue, she brought the weapon round in another grand circle, this time forcing her mental energy through the metal and into the fire to create the perfect secondary weapon ideal. The flames of the blade congealed at the tip for a single perfect moment and formed a small sphere, half a foot in diameter, which was launched, the fireball spiraling through the air as it moved, until it struck a tree that was unfortunately in the way of it. Sameonna gracefully leaped in beauty and watched the tree as it erupted in the bright flames rapidly, which would soon burn to ashes due to the strength of the flames.

Amazing.

As the tree erupted and burned to the ground, the girl watched, in awe of the tremendous ferocity of the flames, of the power she wielded with the blade in her hand. There was not much that could stand in the face of such grand power, and her fire was only beginning to get stronger. One more swing, and the small flame was launched into the air, the crimson stain in the blue sky. Sameonna smiled at it, this was the beginning of an adventure and a half after all. A shadow crossed her sight in the sky, and her eyes widened, a monstrous being of such grand proportions. The black shadow crossed the earth before and before swallowing her, then moving across the sky in a manner similar to a cloud. The gargantuan figure was avian like in mannerisms, but the fact that it looked so dragon like made her want to discover more. The shaped was moving easterly, and so would she, this was something she really needed to find. Sheathing her sword on her back between the two searing katanas, she began to sprint.

As she sprinted through the forest, Sameonna looked to the skies, trying to capture the massive shade in her sight, the beast, a creature of insane size and looks. The blade thumped against her back, a comforting reassurance if she did indeed manage to catch up to the creature and needed to fight it. The massive dragon in the air looked so cool, and she wanted to catch it, there was no specific reason, but, it was a dragon. As the dragon soared through the air, heading eastward, she realized she was moving into terrain that would grow increasingly difficult for her to get through, but she knew she had to keep up. The blade on her back seemed to heat up with anticipation at the fact, and the flames wound around the blade as she sprinted into the dry valley, a strange plateau of twisted rocks and sharp spires of earth that rose from the earth, a valley that did not seem to be able to contain life at all. As one hand clasped the handle, the fire ignited in an even greater manner.

As the weapon moved forward in front of her, she used a quick burst of mental energy to fire a small ball of flame at one of the spires in front of her. It landed, but it had little to no effect on the outcropping. Cursing herself, she remembered that the fire was not yet hot enough to destroy earth. Not yet hot enough. As the fire struck the earth and burned against it, she realized it would not melt it, but the burning would continue, and that was not good enough. As she gritted her teeth and looked up at the shadow, pulling away from her, escaping her grasp. The Leone would not have time to go around, if she spent her time dodging around the spires of earth, then she would have no time to get through it all and continue following this dragon, and she was certainly determined to do so. As the weapon fired up once more in her hand, she understood its call.

Another swing was performed across her body, and this time, as though answering her call, it released a grander fireball. Still small in size, but as it struck the column of earth, it ignited into a monstrous explosion, more than the exploding tags she possessed in her belt. The earth around it was cleared as she moved through the area where the earth had been, now, only a scorched crater remained, and she felt awesome about it. As she moved through the field of spires, she used exploding ball after exploding ball to ready her path, massive explosions rocked the area and furiously eviscerated the lands, spraying rocks and dirt everywhere as they exploded in a show of grand work. Sameonna would move through the smoke and debris that the grey fog would explode before her grand speed, moving through the dried wasteland. As she approached one massive spire, she knew that this one would not break as easily as the others had, it's enormous structure told her so.

However, she would still go through it. As she leapt into the air, her blade was brought over her left shoulder, the stream of fire behind it lighting her determined face for a moment as the shadows crossed. With one mighty, arcing swing, three fireballs were expelled from the flaming blade, all three of them rotating through the air until they struck the rock, the massive explosion that followed severing the top of the structure from the bottom, the gargantuan amounts of rubble being thrown everywhere as Sameonna used the momentum of her speed to carry her through the newly made burning gap. As she landed, she rolled, keeping her speed up. As she brought herself back to her full sprint, her blade was once more sheathed, no more spires of earth standing in her way, no more things she needed to explode. For now, anyway. Looking up, she studied the skies for the dragon she had seen, hunting it, hoping it was still in sight.

The dragon soared continuously on the skyline, slowly furthering the distance, this time nearing the forested areas of the land, apparently the dry strip of land was ending, and she was once more nearing the shored areas of Southern Keiritsu again. However, it was apparent to her that upon reaching the shore, she would not be able to pursue the creature from the water, especially since she could not swim herself. The massive creature would be taken out of the sky by her hand before shore was reached, and she would not allow anyone else to capture it. Continuing her sprint, she felt to grass tickle her legs, the rocky plain slowly transforming into the country side, the air going from dry and warm, to moist and cool. The dragon did not seem to have a specific path to follow, not that she knew anyway, since she did not believe any countries lay west further than thunder before it was naught but sea, but it was doing something to say the least.

The forested area was nothing she could not handle at all, in fact, with the previous tech, it would be more than easy to get through it, especially since everything would burn down, but that would be kind of horrible. As the sword moved to her hand again, and the flames ignited around the weapon, and she moved it through the thick trunk of the first tree, moving through the tree as it was eaten by flames. Leaving behind a trail as planned, the weapon would allow further incineration, or trapping at least, which was also cool. However, at such a low rank it was fairly impractical, but she needed to master the lower ranks in order to gain understanding to train the higher ranks of it, the ability to leave a trail of flame behind for up to twelves seconds as opposed to two. The flame left behind would burn as powerfully as the one upon her sword, meaning the trap could be dangerous. However, on unmoving targets, it just meant more to hit with the fire.

As the tree toppled behind her, she struggled to see through the foliage above her, trying desperately to see the dragons form in the sky above, but there was not even enough room for her to see the sky never mind the dragon itself. Cursing, she took a step off one of a fallen tree before her and launched herself upwards, her blade poised and ready for her to meet the trees above. As her blade swept through, the burning fire behind it trailed through the trees ahead for a moment, the uppercut momentum enough to carry it along. The trees before her burst into flames as the trail of fire engulfed them, and she moved through the flames easily, the heat not affecting her at all. She looked into the sky, searching for the dragon in the air, her arm extended, the sword sideways with the flames seeping from it like a banner behind, the flames eating the way up the following trail soon after due to the low rank of her skill in it.

The air was clear above the trees, and the trees below her were moving at an incredible rate, almost as speedily as her fire that forced its way through the branches. The flaming trail of the sword followed the weapon, sustaining itself in the air for only a few moments before fading. As gravity began to pull her back down towards the earth, she took one last look at the sky for the dragon, right before her sword severed the branches below her, spreading the fire even further. Immolation would occur, and this forest would be burned to the ground before she even got to the end of it, not that she cared, the dragon was her target, she would hunt it down, and she would fight it, and she would master it.

Sameonna rolled as she struck the earth, the blazing banner of fire behind her burning the earth as she did so. Her hair whipped against her face as she continued the path through the forest, now alive with the flames and the sheet of the flames of her sword flowing behind her, and ethereal sheet of deadly fire that streamed onwards. As she carved a path through the forest, the trees behind her alight, she stormed through a under-growing brush, a vine of which snagged her foot and tripped her forward. Hitting the ground harshly, she rolled for a bit before coming to a complete stop on her face. Breathing awkwardly, she lifted her head up and rested her chin on the earth, looking straight at the feet of someone. Impossible for her to arch her neck anymore, she kneeled and prepared to stand.

A male stood before her, and behind him, three more, each of them with a blade sheathed at their hips. They were looking at her as though she had money. Well, she had a bit, nothing worth getting robbed over. As she stepped back, the male directly in front of her took a swing at her neck, redirected by her own sword and she rotated, not bringing the sword across her neck, but using the flames to set him on fire. It was not lethal, very painful, but at least she was not killing someone for no reason. He fell backwards, trying to fan the near immortal flames from his body, but there would not be hope unless his friends helped him out. As the first man fell on the floor writing in pain, the second summoned a ball of water around him, the heat of her fire forcing most of it to evaporate on contact, but he was safe now, yet the trail of fire still wound through the air, burning intensely.

The third man moved for her, taking a large overhead swing, met by her own blade, the flames flaring brightly from the movement of the sword, but it seemed that he had already learned the lesson from the other guy. As the flames swept up in the air, he moved backwards, and the small Leone girl stood there, letting the flames do their work. Feeling very awkward about the whole thing, she wanted to yell at them to tell them to move out of the way, but she was too embarrassed. They would probably think she was crazy. Holding her sword at the ready, she shook a little as the words came out, so unused to asking random people, especially those who were trying to kill her, to move out of the way so she could do something. After all, a dragon was the price.

"Please, I need you to leave me to follow my target"

The man who had avoided her flame snickered. Guessing that was a no, she decided against peaceful options and moved straight through, the blades fire burning brightly as she moved through them at a quick pace. For a moment as she passed, they all seemed fine, until the trail of fire suddenly burned through the air, circling each of them. There was a lot of yelling as she continued her sprint, but she ignored it. The one male was already a suiton master, he could deal with them all, she needed to find this damned dragon before the coast drew up and she lost it forever. Feeling a little tired, she sheathed the blade and continued to move, the cape of flames lasting for a moment before the fire on the blade vanished.

After leaving the gates of his home village, a person named Akurano traveled for several hours without seeing a single person, it didn't bother him much as the young duelist had a tendancy to phase out of the real world and day dream as he walked along a dusty road, every couple of minutes he would briefly return to the real world and check his surroundings

As he looked forward he started to notice the beginning of a forest, he was on the outskirts but noticed smoke rising from further in, being curious and slightly worried that one of his fellow cloud duelist may be in trouble he decided to investigate...

The flag of the blade sailed behind it as she moved quickly through the trees, the dense woodland becoming more and more thick as she moved through it.

Before the pale duelist could comprehend what was going on he heard a woman shouting at him, turning to her to see what was happening he was met with a powerful blow from what seemed to be a large sword made of fire.

It had not been a good day for the young duelist, he now understood why leaving the village was such a large deal, starting with a simple stroll he found himself on his knee's with a flaming blade dangerously close to his face causing major discomfort and what he assumed to be the starting of some savage blistering, The forest around him was burning and he assumed that he would soon join it.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Sammy Fri Sep 04, 2015 6:49 pm

As the tree fell around the, she was struck in her midsection by the male and his blade. Where a normal person could have or would have been fatally wounded by the card, she was just angered at his selfishness.

Ripping the headband from his body, she would spin in a circle, dragging the flames of the blade in a circle around them, this would be his ritual from her, he would be cremated, and that was enough for her.

Atsui held the blade forward, watching as the trail of flames followed.

Falling to the ground defeated his vision began to go blurry, it was not a glorious death, but there was nothing he could do anymore. He had lost... And Sameonna had won.

Meditating on a log, before even attempting to use such a Mastery Weapon, Sameonna had to focus her mental energy as one, which she herself did very well suck at doing, she was mostly the type to just go and conduct the strategy, but this time she was not willing to do such a thing, Sameonna was meditating her mental energy as it could be felt by a variety of others if she entered an area, her mental energy was creating a binding power source that was conserved within her mind. Sameonna's Physical mental energy had begun to create a focous upon her C Rank Scroll's that were within her left and right hand, this was creating a connection between the two as she must've been trying to become one with the two scroll's she had placed out, but as she did so, Sameonna was focousing her Spiritual mental energy within her as it was creating a mixture within her heart as well, her entire mental energy source was coming from the spiritual flare within the center of her body, her mental energy was emitting all out of her body, her body, mind, and spirit were all trying to become whole if she herself wanted to be the master of the Rising Twin Dragon strategy.

Inside of her mind, she would imagine herself sitting pretzel style meditating as there would be two mental energy's on each side of her, one was flaring green on her left side and another glowing red on her right, both of these would be her Spiritual and Phisycal mental energy as they represented them both, she would contact the Phisycal power of her mental energy and concentrate on the Spiritual mental energy herself as the green flame would envelop her entire body, the blue mental energy would flare infront of her eye's as she would reach into it along with green flare of mental energy enveloping her entire body, she couldn't control both of them as her Spiritual mental energy would be hurting her body placing damage upon, she would begin to shiver at this in reality as her training caused her mental energy to begin to spiral out of control, when finally she would open her eye's as she would gasp for air breathing heavily at what had just happened. Sameonna would be exhausted from the mental training she had given herself right there and then.

Upon what had happened to her, she would stand up standing on top of the log and instead of trying to contact her summoning of the Rising Twin Dragon's that required both Phisycal AND Spiritual mental energy all in one, she was not about to perform the strategy until further notice. Instead she was going to train on implementing mental energy into scroll's as it was her next way of learning the Rising Twin Dragon strategy's, she would look at both of the scroll's that were in her hand right there and then looking at them both as she was ready to move on to the next course of action.

Moving herself off of the log, she had to think of a way to train this Rising strategy as the first attempt failed, but the second was about to be a success for her. Moving near her scroll's she was going work on implanting mental energy into them, but what was needed was the right throwing movement and the right timing, Sameonna would launch herself into the air jump flipping at least a good 12ft far from the log itself as she spun at a 360 degree upside down landing on her feet as she would kneel on her right knee, she would hold two of her C Ranked scroll's in her hand as she was focused on her mental energy as of now. She would place both of her C-ranked scroll's on her right and left side facing a upright position as she would quickly move her left and right hand's on each side of her shoulder's on opposite sides of course, but as she did so, her mental energy had begun to boil within her as her Spiritual Energy was ready to become one with her scroll's.

Focusing her mental energy on both her C-ranked scroll's she would cause her mental energy to envelope her hand's as she did this, her Spiritual Energy from her mental energy could only connect to the C-ranked scroll's by going into the palm of the hand's which are essentially to the strategy going on, she would create a mixture of her mental energy to spin within her chest rapidly as she caused her Spiritual mental energy to create a connection with the surface itself slowly traveling toward the scroll, she would close both her eye's and had begun to imagine her mental energy being a dragon itself, taking the form of a dragon her mental energy did so, it would rotate around her spiritual body as her phisycal form was still in the same position it was before focusing all on her entire as it would envelop her entire spiritual body, the mental energy dragon would flare her as it was her soul/mental energy that were becoming one. She felt the energy of her mental energy flow into her hand's as this was happening she had begun to open her eye's slowly as her entire spiritual form was dissentegrated.

Now she was ready to cause the scroll's itself to become whole, she would focus her entire mental energy upon the surface itself as it would envelop the C-ranked scroll's quickly covering it's entire body up as soon as it was fully covered smoke would burst into the air enveloping everything around it including Sameonna blocking ones view, could see have done it? Let's just see if her concentration was enough..

As she poured mental energy into the scroll herself, a huge burst of smoke was launched into the air, but yet nothing else happened, this was embarrassing. As the smoke that bursted all into the air the paper of the scroll would also unravel but would be only 4ft high as it would come raining all idioticly down on the ground like a plastic bag you find on the street floating around. Sameonna had all of a sudden messed up the strategy as she would drop her jaw embarrassed like smacking her forehead. She would stand up watching the scroll's seal both of themselve's up. As she had saw her failed attempt, Instead of trying to do it her way, Sameonna was taught to not always do thing's her way, but to just let loose, not knowing what the hell that meant, instead of making a stupid list of what to do step by step, if she was going to learn how to master this stupid strategy, she needed to become the Weapon and the scroll itself before even attempting to become both as one.

Sameonna would pick up one of the C Rank scroll's as she would jump 10ft in the air hanging upside down rotating in a 360 spinning motion as she would move her with the flick of her wrist that the scroll was contained in would be whipped out as a long lash of paper would unravel itself from the scroll surfing through the air rotating in a spinning motion moving toward the ground itself, as she did so, Sameonna would begin to dive straight through the center of the scroll itself as it spun in a rotating motion making it's way toward the ground, but as it did so, it was soon being reverted back into it's sealing position as it would begin to reverse the way it had spun as if time had caused this sudden burst to occur, but as the scroll did so, it would then whip lash itself into the air finally resurfacing at the start of the scroll's opening and traveled back toward Sameonna's hand re-wrapping itself into a scroll as it was before finally. Sameonna would look at how the scroll was moving, it would be fine at first, but it had felt as though something was wrong, but whatever it was, she needed to test it once again.

Sameonna would dash toward the lake that was 12ft from the Log she was near as she would jump into the air rotating at a 360 degree landing on the lake itself as mental energy was implanted into her feet, as it was she stood on the lake as if it was a surface, she wouldn't stop moving though of course she now held two C Ranked scroll's within her hand as she would spin like a ballerina with the scroll's in opposite hand's as she spun with such grace moving like a butterfly, she would then unravel the scroll's that were within her hand's and as they were, Sameonna would allow the scroll to unravel itself as the paper would whip lash out stretching 15ft from Luna as she would spin holding the scroll's dancing with them, in order to control the scroll's itself, she needed to control her body movement, mastering the Rising Twin Dragon wouldn't be given so easily. This training process was now going swell.

Sameonna excitedly followed her ANBU Captain to a secluded clearing. The ANBU Captain had finally agreed to teach her the basic Dhënada strategys. These strategys were only known by members of the Leone, and they guarded their secrets jealously. That’s why Sameonna and her mother were traveling to such a secluded area to train. When they arrived, the ANBU Captain talking. “The strategy I’m showing you today is called Seiðr Halo. Seiðr Halo allows you to create a halo out of mental energy. This halo can then be used for other family strategys. The halo is about 100 centimeters in diameter and can be a variety of colors. Watch.”

Sammy watched closely as her mother began to demonstrate the strategy. The captain had turned so her back was towards Sameonna. She thought this was strange, but understood when a pale blue halo appeared and began swirling behind her mentor’s back. “Wow,” Sameonna said as she followed the halos movements. “You can even create multiple halos if you practice enough.” Her anbu captain noted, gesturing her hands. The halo was quite pretty to say the least after all. As she was speaking six more halos joined the first. “Alright, now it’s your turn,” The ANBU Captain said, turning around.

Sameonna nodded and began concentrating. Since the halo would appear behind her, she focused all of her mental energy to a small point on her back. There were no handseals for this strategy, so Sameonna’s mental energy control would be the deciding factor in whether she succeeded or failed. She focused, and pushed those thoughts of side and only concentrated on the strategy. Once she thought she had gathered enough mental energy, Sammy attempted to create the halo.

She did this by channeling her mental energy to a point slightly behind her back. While she was doing this, she saw her mother move so that she was behind Sammy. The movement was distracting, so she closed her eyes and began working with her mental energy again. Sameonna slowly moved the mental energy she had gathered on her back to a point slightly behind her back. It took a while, but Amaya was finally able to move all of the mental energy she had gathered behind her.

The next step was to make a halo shape with her mental energy. This was a little difficult since Sammy wasn’t actually touching the mental energy. Instead of trying to make the mental energy into a halo all at once, she began slowly moving one end of the mental energy she had gathered. As the mental energy moved, she had left some behind. The less mental energy she was moving, the easier her mental energy was to control.

When the mental energy she was moving reached the point that she started from she would have created a halo of mental energy. “Good job,” the Captain praised as a glowing halo appeared behind the Leone’s back. “Why don’t you turn around and have a look?” She turned, excited to see what her halo looked like. The halo began to move so it was behind her back again, but not before she was able to catch a glimpse of it. Sammy’s halo had more blue in it than her ANBU captain’s did, but it was glowing and moving which meant the strategy had worked. She was incredibly proud of what she'd achieved today. Just some more training to make her a stronger duelist.

With mentor's approving nod, I'd smile at his approval. "Next, we are going to learn how to block both outside and inside attacks." he'd tell me as I nodded. Watching mentor first get into his stance, he'd motion me to send a barrage of punches at him alternating between attacks to show each defenses strengths. Nodding, I'd learn through practice against the defense. Starting out softly, I'd smile and throw some light punches at first to get a feel for how they were blocked. Starting with two punches in succession, one from the front and the other from the side, mentor would flawlessly block them. Taking note of how he did, I'd notice that he used the principles of the 360 degree defense but not the Inside defense which baffled me. Trying it again, I'd throw a side punch with my left and an uppercut with my right. Noting his style, he'd shove off my uppercut with his left arm and block my hook with his right. That was a combination of both, but it wasn't much.

Speeding up, I'd throw a punch every two seconds. Seeing mentor's defense flow smoothly, I'd get the pattern for how he defended. Sending in a flurry of punches, I'd watch intently at mentor's defense system since that was my main objective. The mix of the two types of blocks were evident in the freeform low of mentor. With a smile, I'd slightly increase the attack speed to about once every 1.7 seconds to see how he'd react. His flow of defense was not disrupted which I hoped my form would be like when it came time for the true test. However, I needed to see how good mentor was to gather more data. Mixing it up a bit, I'd throw in two low punches simultaneously to see if he would dodge how he told me. Deflecting my left punch with his right elbow, he'd twist to the right to dodge the other one.

Thinking that I could disrupt mentor's flow, I'd increase to about an attack every 1.5 seconds. However, mentor was good and kept up with it. Needing a sudden change to be able to see if mentor was as great as I thought he was. Increasing it to a punch per second, I'd smile as I saw mentor's flow wobble for a moment. It then began to fluctuate between stability and instability. With a smile, I thought I could break his concentration as I began to increase it a bit to 0.7 seconds and noticed him wobble more. With a smile, I'd notice him wobble until it turned to a frown when he started to regain control. I wanted him to give in first as I increased it to two punches per second, about 0.5 seconds per punch. With a smile he'd begin to wobble however, he seemed to be giving up as I hoped with this next few punches he'd break as I saw an opening.

With a smile, I'd stop my fist an inch away from his torso while noticing mentor's stern face. Retracting my fists and bowing, he'd return the bow with his own. "mentor, may I see you and another person spar like the way we did? I think it'd do me some good if I saw it from a third party's perspective." I'd ask as mentor nodded and motioned another student over. As they both got into stances, the student would initially start with simple attacks against mentor. With a smile I'd watch intently only about a foot away. Watching the slow start, it would only add to the excitement and knowledge I hoped to gain from watching this semi spar. The female student then stepped it up, striking slightly faster with each soft punch she threw at mentor. With longing eyes, I'd watch the spectacle that was playing out before my eyes.

The flurry of strikes flew at mentor as I took mental notes in my head as I watched mentor's defense flow like a stream without anything blocking it. She tried to stop the flow of the stream but it was too strong of a current to be stopped. All the strikes were rejected almost instantly. To try and stop it, she sped up to about one attack per second. However, mentor learned from our spar and blocked each with fluidity. With a smile, it'd turn to a puzzled look as she slowed to a halt. They nodded to each other after the cease fire before mentor started to attack his student. Realizing that they swapped it up to show me two different sides of it, I'd see how she did it. After a minute, I'd see that, compared to mentor, her form was rather sloppy but better than mine.

Watching mentor throw soft punches, I'd notice he was trying to build up her rhythm. After a few minutes, I'd notice her change into a fluid motion of blocking. mentor then sped up his assault and her rhythm faltered. She struggled to block it all but I'd see her improvement and form that was used. Taking note of how she gained the fluidity of defenses, she conformed her body to a better position before adjusting her arms. mentor did it the opposite way from what I saw in our spar and the spar I was watching. A good balance of both, from what I thought, would be the best solution and way to integrate this kind of defense into battle situations. With a smile, I'd see mentor increase his flurry to a strike a second. Her defenses faltered quite a bit, but I saw her fluctuate between getting better and worse. Wondering if she could pull off a stable return to defense, I'd watch intently, learning with every punch thrown and punch blocked.

With one last block, her defense was shattered as mentor's next strike broke through her defenses. mentor stopped about an inch from her gut before retracting his fist and bowing to her. Nodding at mentor, I felt like I was ready. "mentor, please allow me to try it." I'd tell him with enthusiasm as I got up from my kneeling position. With his nod, I'd get into the proper stance and prepare for the flurry. As mentor started off, he'd send a punch every two seconds to allow me to get my flow. It all seemed like it was hard to start with, like everything, but gradually got easier with each punch deflected. My eyes were getting used to predicting and then defending against the attacks. After about a minute, my peak flow had been reached and deflecting the mixed flurry came second nature to me. It was like taking candy from a baby it had gotten so easy.

However, just as I had gotten used to the rhythm mentor had, he stepped it up a bit to throw punches at me faster using a more random pattern to strike. Was this a test to see how well I could adapt to such a changing format? Or was this to get me ready for real combat? Both of these questions went through my mind as I lost concentration for a bit, slowing down my reaction time. Trying to regain it as well as my focus, I'd watch his movements carefully in order to use the correct block. With a smile, I felt myself regaining control over this little exercise as his attacks were once again melting away into my quick adjustment to my defense. I felt like I was regaining control over his attacks as another trick was pulled from his sleeve. He attacked faster and aimed for visible weak spots.

The new attack pattern was about once every second and slowly going faster. It was enough to make me lose my focus as well as lose my concentration with the attacks made for my weak spots. mentor was trying to get me to be able to withstand any barrage. My body flowed out of my control into a more focused flow from what it seemed like. With a smile I'd wondered how this was possible as I regained control but not focus or concentration. Building up my concentration, I'd focus on trying to see his attacks before they came after me as I smiled. I was gaining both concentration and focus simultaneously as I felt his attacks becoming slower than my reaction time. However, my joy was shortlived as he went into overdrive to try and get me to be knocked over. With a nervous smile, I'd try to compensate for the difference in our speeds with multiple blocking, however I was losing. I needed to pull it together as I noticed a few attacks headed for my blind spots.

Stopping his last blow, he'd smile and stop the flurry. As he nodded at my success, he'd waste no time moving on. "Next, you must learn to escape from a wrist grab of the mirrored side. Come, try and grab my left wrist with your right hand." mentor said as I shrugged before doing so. As I followed orders, I'd grip his wrist with my mirrored hand. Almost immediately in the blink of an eye, mentor had escaped my grasp. My hand was floating there and I looked like an idiot with his hand out. Wondering how he did it, I asked for a step by step demonstration after I tried to mimic what I could see. Nodding, he'd grip my left wrist with his right hand. Trying to just yank it out, I saw it wouldn't work so I tried doing what I remembered and twisted my elbow towards his. As I did I felt the grip loosening as I took a step forward with my left foot to fully escape it while I punched my chest. Wondering how that works, I'd wait for the explanation.

As I gripped his left wrist with my right hand, I'd wait for his step by step explanation. "If you grab my wrist, I am limited by what I can do right? I can't really make hand seals or punch you or whatever. It causes a blind spot in my performance. To escape this situation, however, I want to make sure I have more power pulling away than forward." he'd say as he twisted his elbow towards mine. "Here, I can move towards myself instead of towards you. Most people will let go if you put enough force since they may think you will punch yourself. However, you avoid this by controlling your strength. It also puts less pressure on your wrist to allow for more flexibility." he'd tell me as he could wiggle his wrist in my grip now before pushing towards himself, breaking my grip. "Now, try it slowly by going through all the motions." he'd tell me as I nodded.

Holding out my right wrist, he'd grip it with his left. Remembering the explanation I just heard, I'd go through it step by step first to remember why it went that way. "First, I loosen the grip or pressure the opponent has on my by pushing towards him with my elbow. If I need to I could step forward with the same foot to give myself more maneuvering room unlike if I used the other foot." I'd say in my head as I slowly performed the first step, moving my elbow towards his as I felt the grip loosen a bit. On my way to his elbow, I'd review the next step. "With my wrist loosened, it doesn't guarantee I'll have an easy time escaping, but it gives me a better shot." I'd say in my head again as my elbow was an inch away from his with plenty of room to maneuver my wrist in. Pushing towards myself with my whole arm, I felt like I could power through his grip as the seconds passed by, the moment of truth arriving.

With a smile, I'd free my wrist with ease before backing up so I didn't hit myself. mentor gave an approving nod at the end of my slide as I smiled. "Alright, now you must learn how to escape from someone grabbing the opposite side. Grab my left wrist with your left hand." he'd tell me as I approached him following orders. Watching him intently this time, I'd blink once and he was free from my grasp. Shocked, I'd look at my hand and his arm to notice any differences from when I grabbed it. I saw no differences in the way he had his arm to the way I gripped it. However, the simplest thing was off and I couldn't recognize it until I looked carefully. Instead of his fist being horizontal, it was now vertical. This subtle change baffled me, but to get a clearer understanding I'd ask mentor to explain it.

"mentor, mind explaining what you did while you do it like last time?" with a smile I'd walk over to him as he nodded to my question. As I gripped his wrist like before, he'd begin to explain."To escape this, you can't pull the same trick since the elbow won't reach that far in this far of space. You use your thumb in a hitchhiking motion to escape." he'd tell me as he pointed out his thumb and moved it across to under my wrist. "You go for the weak point in the grip, usually the opponent's wrist, to be able to give enough room to escape as so." he'd say as he escaped my loosened grip. Wondering how that works, I thought about what it would do. Perhaps it would make the opponent arc their wrist to not be touched. That way, the grip would be loosened just enough to escape. Nodding, I'd be ready to try this out on mentor.

"mentor, I'm ready." I'd tell him holding out my right arm for him to grip. He gripped it with his right hand and I'd go over the steps and think of an easy way to remember them. "So first I need to give myself breathing room. To do that, I 'hitchhike' with my thumb to give myself room." I'd say as I stuck on my thumb, rotating my fist and thumb to under his wrist. As I did, I'd put into my mind that this is the hitchhike escape. "Next all I do is pull out in the room I created, but how do I do it without him regaining control. Perhaps my thumb comes out last." I'd say to myself as I slid my arm towards myself, keeping my thumb up to allow myself to keep this loose grip he had on me. With a smile I'd see it coming but I was slowing down. Perhaps he was regaining his grip as I gave it one quick jolt back, hoping it'd free me from his grip.

As I slipped my arm from his grip like slipping out of a bottle, I'd smile at how easy it was in the end. However, training would roll right into the next strategy. "Alright, now you will learn to escape from someone who holds both wrists, at least one way. Hold my wrists up." mentor would say as I nodded and followed command. Holding his wrists up, I wonder what sort of special way he would escape. Perhaps just like the same side escape? Or maybe a mix of both ways. However, I'd be dead wrong as I noticed him rotate his arms, his left clockwise and his right counterclockwise. As he did that, he lowered his head and I thought he was going to headbutt me. Not wanting that, I'd release his wrists and skip back, wondering what the strategy was here. Perhaps headbutting the opponent was right, but I needed to ask.

"mentor, how exactly does one escape?" I'd ask as I repeated my earlier actions to hold his wrists up. "Weren't you watching? I just showed you but I'll go through it once again." he'd say sighing as he looked at me seriously. Was there something I missed? Or maybe he did it and I wasn't really looking for what he did. "First, you rotate your arms inward. Meaning your left arm goes clockwise and your right goes counterclockwise." he'd say as he slowly rotated his arms inwards and down. "As you do that, you drop your head down to your chest to make it seem like you may headbutt the opponent. If he's close enough you will end up headbutting him." he'd tell me as he made the motions. So that's what the secret to it was. I was scared that I was going to be headbutted that I stopped and backed up. However, I knew mentor wouldn't allow it. Nodding, I'd think of a way to escape as we swapped positions, him gripping my wrists high.

Wondering how I would, I'd concentrate for a second on how to get him to release me. A headbutt would be too extreme, but perhaps I'd be able to hit somewhere else. Thinking of where to hit, I'd begin the starting movements of rotating my arms. In the time it took them to get below the mark for the next step, I'd search for a weak spot, a kink in his armor. Spotting a potential spot, I'd smirk on the inside as my arms kept turning. When the next step came, I touched my chest with my chin hoping he'd release me, but he didn't. I needed to go for somewhere I knew I could hit as I thrust forward, my head aimed at his chest to knock him off balance to release my wrists. This was a gamble on my part as I made contact with his chest. Hopefully the blow would make him release me.

As I hit his chest, I knocked him off balance just enough to free my hands as I jumped back a foot. With applaud, mentor smiled at me and I returned it. "Good. Now I will show you the proper way to escape someone holding your hands down via your wrist. Come, hold my hands down." he'd tell me as I complied. Holding them down below his waist, I'd wait to see the response I got. In the blink of an eye, mentor started to move faster than I could track. When he finally stopped after taking a step back, I'd wonder how he did that. From the blur that I saw, he had done the exact opposite of holding them up, but I needed to clarify this with mentor. Could it be possible that simply doing a reverse motion could allow one to escape such a grip? It didn't seem like that was all to this escape.

"mentor, please repeat the gesture with pointers and explanations please." I'd say as he acknowledged the request and accepted. Going over to him, I'd hold his arms down with a puzzled look as I glared intently as his movements. "Remember that to escape the previous type of hold, what did we do?" he'd ask me. It was a simple question, so he responded immediately. "We rotated our arms inward and down while using our head to intimidate the enemy a bit to release us." I'd say as he nodded before beginning to move. "The last one, we had our hands held up instead of down like now. To escape this one, one must do the opposite of the hands held up release. You rotate your arms inward and upward in a mirrored motion." he'd say as he slowly began to do so as my arms got closer together. He then curled his fingers so he wouldn't poke his eye from observation before my grip got too far away to hold and I released him. It seemed easy enough.

"mentor, its simplistic nature seems simple enough to do. I'd like to try." I'd say as he sighed before grabbing my wrists and holding my arms down. With a smile, I'd remember how simple the instructions were as I reminded myself in my mind. "Okay... So I mirror the last strategy so instead of rotating inwards and down, I rotate inwards and up." I'd say as I slowly took a few practice rotations before I felt I was ready. After, I did a few quick snap rotations to increase speed to see if it helped any, and it did. Taking a few deep breaths, I felt confident in it as I then started to try to escape for real. Snapping my arms inwards and up, I'd almost forgot to curl my fingers so I don't harm my eyes as I jerked my arms feeling his grip loosen. I then tried to jump back hoping I was free of his grip.

As he loosened up, I'd free myself and make sure he couldn't get me by stepping back a bit. With his smile and nod, mentor would be ready for the next escape as I was also ready. "This is the final basic one for your belt. Grab one of my wrists with both hands." he'd say as I nod getting closer and grabbing his left wrist with both hands. Watching his movements to see how he'd react to this type of situation. He couldn't really just escape using the trapped arm, so I wondered how. Getting my answer, he'd reach over with his right hand. Not noticing his left hand had been made into a fist, my attention was fully on his right arm. He then grabbed his left fist as he quickly rotated his left elbow up. Wondering how this would work, I'd notice how it did but not sure why it worked like that as I watched mentor escape.

mentor knew the drill as he beckoned me to grab his wrist again like I did. Waiting for him to start, I'd take a deep breath in the meantime. "As you already noticed, you can't simply escape this with the caught hand. Therefore, you use the other hand..." he'd stop as he moved his right hand to cover his left fist and hold it up. "to grab your caught hand which is turned into a fist. You then raise it above the wrist line of the opponent. After that, you rotate your elbow..." he'd say as he slowly rotated his caught arm's elbow 180 degrees so it faced upwards. With that, he then put it back down. "quickly to allow yourself time and room to escape." he'd tell me as he quickly snapped his arm up as I felt the rotation speed heat my hands and loosen them. He then escaped as he said previously. It is such a simple escape but the way it is performed is pretty complicated.

Sighing, I'd try to understand its complexity as I held out my right arm as he grabbed my right wrist. Going over the instructions and steps he just said, I'd take a few sighs before I began. Reaching over with my left hand, I curled my right hand into a fist as I grabbed it with my left hand. Raising it up above his wrist line, I'd try to get this next part perfect enough to be released by taking a few practice swings. Slowly rotating my elbow up, my right elbow would be getting used to the motion as I smiled. After doing this three or four times, I'd snap it up another three times before finally thinking I could get it. The snap use of my elbow was to gain speed so I could. With a smile I'd be ready as I snapped my elbow up, feeling his hands loosen their grip on me as I attempted to flee in my moment of chance.

After escaping, I'd wonder what we were going to do next as mentor beckoned me to follow him. He walked to a training dummy as I stared at him with a puzzled look. "Now that the defense portion is taken care of, we will move onto some combat. This is a basic attack so watch carefully." he'd say before turning to the dummy as he got into his stance. Noting his stance, I'd see how he was. His left side was facing forward closer to the dummy rather than his right side. Personally, I was stronger with his right hand but I needed to be ambidexterous I suppose. With a sigh, I'd only see his hand return to where I saw it before the sigh. Wondering what had happened, mentor noticed my cluelessness and reperformed this strategy. His fast was too fast for my eyes but I caught a blur. His attack was so fast that I could only gather an outline of the strategy he did.

"Umm... mentor. Mind giving me some tips on this?" I'd ask him as he was ready for this. "You only saw a blur right? Well its just a simple punch, similar to the jab boxers do. Just as fast as well. To make it faster, one must put his whole left side into the punch. However, this is also the body as well. It puts more power into the punch as well if you put your body into it. It also helps to curve your fist a little as well, making sure to make contact with the first two contacts of your fist. Also make sure to keep your head close to your chest and roll your shoulder to cover it as well. It helps a lot like so." he'd say as he slowly made the punch to the dummy. I'd watch seeing his body move with the punch as it flowed into the punch. The dummy bent back about ninety degrees before returning up right, mentor dodging its retaliation.

Nodding, I'd take mentor's position as the dummy stopped moving back and forth. Taking the same stance he took, I'd make sure my chin was against my chest and my arms were bent at the elbows to guard my face loosely. As I took a few practice punches, each one was a slow punch to make sure I would get the right motion down. Next, I'd take a few more practice punches, only this time adding in my body to add power to it as the dummy bobbed a little toward the left and right. Believing I got this punch down, I'd take a few deep breaths before finally being able to be ready. Beginning the motion, I'd throw the punch towards the punch, rotating my hand until the knuckles were horizontally aligned. Throwing my body as well into the punch to add power and speed, I'd make contact with the dummy hoping it was as powerful, if not more, than mentor's punch as I threw my body into the punch.

It wasn't until the half-yellow/maroon haired man approached her that she would be capable of recognizing who it was. Sameonna has undoubtedly seen this man before, though, she wasn't exactly sure where. What remained to be seen was his duel disc, which he proudly wore on his arm, and was seen in the flashing light of the street lamps as he walked. She studied it, and him as well, going back and forth between both figures of her vision. If that disc is what she thought it is, then this man was Spike King, the winner of the Red Bracket within the Shadow Kingdom Tournament, and the holder of Slifer the Sky Dragon.

Sameonna would be adorned in her classic plain, yet elegant, black clothing. Her Rare Hunter cloak sat atop her shoulders, mounted to a solid gold chain which stretched across the young womans cleavage like a corset, pulling her chest in tighter and giving her a more feminine glass-bottle feature when seen from a point of proper light. Though her hood was not up, it sat high enough to cover the bottom half of her flowing blonde hair. She would continue to scan over him, until he had spoken. She'd laugh as he asked if there would be a problem, her eyes becoming slimmed with her rising cheeks to blame. "By all means.. You may proceed, Mr. King. Unless late-night dueling is your fancy." Sameonna had no quarrel with this man, and it wasn't that she feared him, as Sammy feared no one, but moreso a certain level of equality and respect.

She was actually more impressed with his level of skill than anything, and although he held a God Card, Sameonna had the possible thought of becoming the ally of any holder. Though as her intentions would probably come off as misleading in some way, she has often refrained from approaching the UDC Elitist who holds Ra. Sammy would ponder for a moment, coming to the swift conclusion that this could very well be a very positive outcome if her cards were played correctly.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Spike gave it a thought, but shook it from his head and he would nod to her, it was to late to duel for him, plus to tired after his workout, and he would attempt to pass by Sammy and her group while waving over his shoulder saying to them "Thanks" his arm waiving was his arm with the duel disk, and his other in his pocket.

If allowed past And saftly to his house as he got ready for bed he would pull out a book and start to read it : Menelmacar laid there uncounsious on the beach, the water washing up around him, wave after wave, his chainmail was under his green tunic, and black pants held up by a brown leather belt, that had a short sword on it, to the left side of him to be precise, the sun beat down on his face as he was face up on his back, just laying on the beach, then a big wave washed a shore and splashed his face as he inhaled, at this time he would jump up and twist to the side as he coughed and spewed up the salt water onto the beach, then the man would slowly stand as he looked around, bits and pieces of his ship he was on all around, and not a soul to be seen, nor bodies for that matter, nor any of the supplies, they must have been ransacked already or washed away to a different location, at that point Menelmacar looked out over the ocean that had just torn up his ship, hard to believe that a storm was out on these waters recently.

Menelmacar would let our a sigh as he turned around away from the ocean to see not far off was a forest, a wooded lot blocking his sight from anything beyond, and after so far in, it seemed the foliage above blocked out sun, and was to dark at this moment to see past it with where he was standing, and with that he would begin his trek in an unknown land, what was his parents wondering at this time about him, maybe they do not even know of the thunderstorm, or the ship wrecking, anyway it was not a time to dawdle, who knew when night would be upon him, he would need to find shelter, that was one of the first things the duadain had taught him when he was younger.

So off he went into the woods, sounds of creatures in the distance, a smell lingered in the air, wet wood, decay from a recent carcass, freshly fallen leaves, and even the smell of some fruits, it must just be the beginning of autuam to smell such smells, Menelmacar would continue his trek into the darkness, his eyes adjusting as he got further in, until it seemed that they were no longer needing light, the little light that shone through the forest was enough to guide him through, Menelmacar would travel on for what seemed like hours, two at most, and then a weird smell came to his nose, and so he would begin to follow the direction it seemed to be waiving from, this kind of smell could be a smell only produced by living people, it smelt like fresh meat cooking.

And thus Menelmacar followed this smell, it seemed the breeze also came from this way that was blowing to allow the scent to waff so far away from the spot it was generating from, and eventually He came upon a small clearing, just ever so small, as if someone lived there, and there was a house, suspended only a few feet in the trees, with stairs leading up to the door, and so Menelmacar would walk up the steps, not trying to conceal his footsteps, his heavy leather boots would make the clunking sound as he stepped on them, and then he would softly rap on the door that seemed to be made of wood, all of it seemed to be that way, rather nice way to camoflauge ones place away from fast traveling people, but the wind was the enemy to this location today.

After a moment of waiting from his Knocking Menelmacar would call out in a bit of a gruff and dry voice " Hello is there anyone home, I smelt something cooking and I..... Well see my shipped wrecked because of the last storm that hit, and I just awoke on the beach not far from here, and I was wondering if you could help me with directions, or Maybe if we can work out some sort of barter for food and drink" Menelmacar stayed standing on the top step as he awaited someone to answer him.

Menelmacar was standing at six foot even, and appearing very lean, he wouldn't seem like much of a threat to most people, let alone his blue eyes that seemed to captivate many people, and his medium length brown almost black hair, and his stubble of a gruff he was growing around his chin, the side of his face, and a bit between his upper lip and below his nose, his ears seemed to be slightly pointy, over all his appearance seemed to make him to be about mid twenties.

Menelmacar was taken aback by the beauty of the woman as he spotted her, he was even speechless for a moment and could not move either, then after a moment he blinked and shook his head, maybe she was truly that capativating or maybe it was his long time out at sea, either way he was not complaining one bit, so this place was called Brill, nice name for a lovely place, and then the woman introduced herself, Jaina, her name was as beautiful as her, that white hair, and the pale skin, her blue eyes, it was all very enticing, he would give her a bow before he followed her and quickly closed the gap that was between them, and he would speak to her in the softest voice he could possibly, mostly due to his shyness, but it still came out rather gruff due to his lack of water "My name is Menlemacar Lady Jaina, I appreciate your kindness you offer in a time like this, aye the ship was a sad loss, but Im quickly coming to like this new land I have stumbled upon" Menelmacar would then hush up as he noticed he began to ramble, and he would even blush ever so slightly, then he accepted the food graciously and tried his best not to seem like a ill mannered slob as he ate the snapper she offered, and guzzled down the soup she gave him, the soup was a welcome refreshment that coated his throat with moisture, allowing his voice to be more controlled, and a much more soothing, almost meloedtic voice would ring from his throat as he spoke once more "Thank you Lady Jaina, I do not know how long ago I was stranded, but it could not have been long, my metal has yet to rust from the water, Please, what can you tell me of these local Lands?" Menelmcar would look towards her as he asked the question, wishing to know all he can about the lands ahead

Menelmacar would sit there has he ate the meal she handed him and listened to her words, shortly after he was finished he just sat there, staring in amazement at her story, he could tell from her words how much she loved the land, he could tell she was going to make a great queen, and the way she talked, it raised a question in his mind, but decided to wait on asking it for right now, as he did not want to get to personal with his questions at this moment in time, he would just nod for right now, entranced by her words.

As she talked about being the Queen, and the Beauty of the place, the Unimagined Natural elegance, Amazing Creatures and Spell casters of prowess, and she continued on in the immense detail of the Central City, the plans she had for it, the forestry scene around them being what surrounded the land, he watched the elegance of her sipping her soup, and her words enchanted him even more as she spoke of this being where the humans of this land started here, Menelmacar thought to himself ‘Shipwrecked to eh?’ but still listened to her words of the vile creatures, He would have to go there to test his mettle one day against those creatures, and then the sounds of the waterfalls, that sounds rather Tranquil.

Then she spoke in detail of brill and her old master throwing her to the curb like that, how uncivilized, and she spoke even more about how she helped the surrounding merchants and travelers with no were else to go, and then she started playing with her hair again, and she seemed to be focusing on him now, this made him blush a bit, and then she asked about him, and how he came to be on her stoop, and her giggle, he just melted at it and he would respond to her in kind.

“My Lady…” he would give her a small bow “ I come from a land far from here, there My parents are queen and king, and are so respected other queen and kings bow to them and look to them for guidance, but when I was young they shipped me away to live how my father did, so I may grow up to be a benevolent ruler as he is, and with them I learned how to fight and went on many adventures and quests with them, till one day I was on a ship, sailing the seas, and we were doing great till a storm hit, and when it hit, it destroyed the ship, and from what I searched for, Im the only survivor so I used the techniques they taught me while I grew up to begin a trek through the woods, it was a little dark and scary, almost had a run in with a few of the different not so friendly beasts, but I got by them fine enough, then a wonderful aroma caught my nose and I had to simply follow it, and I followed it to your place here, the place you call Brill, and from there, you know my story, I am sorry If it is not as exciting as yours, but that is it in a nutshell.”

Menelmacar would give a soft chuckle and look away blushing for a moment, he had not seen woman in this kind of manner before, never before had one intrigued him in such a way, maybe it was due to his higher stature and she was of that higher stature as well, or maybe it was just his personality, and her personality that seemed to collide so well, whatever it was, it drove him to his question “So My Lady Jaina, What about a King?” Menelmacar hoped this was rather subtle enough to ask if she was a married woman or not.

Menelmacar watched her as she watched him, and then eventually he noticed when she spaced out a moment, and then after a while, when he went to pull her out of it, she snapped herself out of it, good, and then he watched her sip from her cup, he watched her as he told his story, and then she asked her question…no more of she was stating a fact as if to confirm what he said was true, he would nod to her as she spoke, and then she offered her services and her home.

Menelmacar would most likely be taken aback by this, it was rather fast to offer such a thing, then he thought back, she did say she helped many people like this, but then she slides him a bag, and he looked at the bag as she explained that it contained in it ten gold pieces, and she went on to talk about her faith, and the sound of it, she was placing him close to her heart and soul already, and when she looked back after having looked away.

He drew his sword and knelt down in front of her, placing the tip down and the handle was in his face, he would bow his head, and he would say to her “Lady Jaina Proudmoore, I Menelmacar Son of Aragorn, Heir to the throne of Minas Tirith, Swear my Sword and my Loyalty to you, I am yours to command and will not leave your service till you release me, that is if you will have me, I will be your Knight” and He would keep his head bowed as he waited for her response to his words, then suddenly a Howl could be heard rather close, and he would jump to his feet and readied his sword he was ready to head out the door and challenge the howling creature.

Menelmacar would do so if not stopped by the Lady Jaina, if not stopped when he jumped out, a Wolf would be there, not one of normal breed either, not one he has fought before, but one that must be home of Midergern, it was bigger and looked more rabid, it would charge forward the moment Menelmacar had stepped within its eye sight, Menelmacar would roll to the side as it would go past him, and by the time it took for it to spin back around, Menelmacar would have already spun around and charged forward, the wolf would clamp down on the blade as he tried to thrust it forward, Menelmacar would kick forward with his foot, aiming for the snout of the wolf, and when it connected the wolf would let go of the blade, the pain sensors in the nose of the wolf would go haywire, giving Menelmacar the chance to thrust forward with the blade, but the wolf jumped back away from him before he could, Menelmacar would curse himself, and him and the wolf would dance around a bit, then suddenly they would both charge at each other, the wolf would jump forward and bite down on his shoulder not wielding the blade, and as it did, Menelmacar drove the Sword into the chest of the Wolf, blade sideways to slide between the ribs and it pierce the wolf’s heart, and it would release his shoulder as it dropped away from him, Menelmacar would stagger back and looked over to Lady Jaina as he smiled and then collapsed next to the wolf, the pain was too much for him to handle at that moment in time, and with barely any armor on, it tore him up pretty badly.

If he was Stopped By Lady Jaina from going outside he would look at her as if to ask why, but he pretty much understood why, this was a creature of her woods, her lands, and so of course she would not want a creature of hers hurt, be it vile or not, He would still stand guard to protect her, as to make sure if it would try to get inside he would keep her safe, he would stand close to her, his arm extended out to block her, and his sword at the ready to fight just in case, but given with enough time the wolf would go away, and he would calm back down and turned back to her, apologizing for his actions “ I am sorry If I offended you, I just wished to defend you, I wished no harm to come to you” Menelmacar would bow to her once more and waited till she said something for him to stand back up straight

Menelmacar was out cold, and while Jaina worked to patch him up and heal him, his mind wondered to life in the village for some reason, why would he ever dream of something like that, maybe it was because he never lived in a village for very long, but when he did he loved it, and his dream wound up like this.

The sun was just raising in the sky, and Menelmacar was already awake, he watched it rise, he was awoken from the wind blowing, he could hear it coming in from the leak in the window seal, then after he was awoken walked five steps from his bed to the dresser, choosing today his normal training cloths, a grey pair of sweats, a grey tank top, a grey sweater over the tank top, a pair of grey socks with his grey cross trainers on his feet, he took his head band and tied it around his neck, and this was what he wore after he took a warm shower, then after he showered and dressed, he went down stairs, and into this kitchen, he took out a bowl from a cabinet and a spoon from the drawer, he took down a box of cereal, and went to the fridge and pulled out the milk, he would pour the cereal and milk in the bowl and then put them back up, and then he would sit at his table and ate his cereal, once his breakfast was done and he washed the dishes, he went upstairs to watch the sun raise, once the sun rose, he went outside and started jogging around the village, now that he could see he was taking in all the sites, the beauty behind everything he was missing out on before, and eventually his jogging would lead him straight to the training ground, he figured it would be a nice time to do some more training, now that he could see, he would run up into the training grounds and would go to a spot where he could see some training dummies and a few trees, some rocks as well, and he stood in some grass.

After a moment of taking in the beauty of the seen, the green leaves and grass, the brown dirt and trees, the blue sky, the white clouds, the orange sun that had barely rose to the mark that would tell someone it has been two hours since he started jogging, the grey rocks, the same grey color like his training outfit, he would drop down to the grass face first, his hands would catch himself and then he would push up till his arms would be fully extended, then he would let his arms lower till they made ninety degree angles, he was on the tips of his toes the whole time, keeping his back straight, he would push his arms up again till they were once more fully extended, as he did these he would count out loud with his normal voice of warmth "One, Two, Three, One...One, Two, Three, Two...One, Two, Three, Three" on the one count he would have his arms bent in the ninety degree angles, on the two count his arms would be extended, three his arms was bent once more, so to him, each count of One push up, equaled two, he would continue to count as he continued to do his push-ups "One, Two, Three, Four.....One, Two, Three, Five....One, Two, Three, Six" his mind would reel back to the days he was blind and he wondered if this was the same spot he liked to train at all the time, or if was just some random spot in the woods that he though was the training ground, he would shake his head as he would think to himself, at least I can see where I am now, the counting would continue "One,Two,Three,Seven...One,Two,Three,Eight....One,Two,Three,Nine" as he was looking down at the ground, when he got close he could see the breath he exhaled from his nose push dirt away in all directions, even watched as ants would walk into site and then get blown away, the grass gets pushed down before reverting back into its upright position he would continue out loud " One, two, three, Ten...One, two, three, eleven....one, two, three, twelve" Menelmacarik would only think to himself of all the times he missed something beautiful and he would get angry at whatever unknown factor that made him blind and he would use that anger to full himself to continue with more push-ups "one, two, three, Thirteen.....one, two, three, fourteen....one, two, three, fifteen" a sweat was beginning to break out across his face, he wanted to at least double the number of push-ups he was on before he moved on to the next exercise "one,two,three,sixteen....one,two,three,seventeen...one,two,three,eighteen" the sweat ran down his face, the way he was currently none of it would get into his eyes, but it would feel nice when the breeze would blow by, his sweater beginning to get heavier as the sweat made it such, and he would go on "One, two, three, Nineteen....one, two, three, Twenty....One, two, three, Twenty one" Menelmacar would continue, his breathing getting a little louder, exerting himself more, pushing himself to his fullest potential "One, Two, Three, twenty two....one, two, three, twenty three....one, two, three, twenty four" his arms would begin to shake with exestuation he pushes himself more despite that fact "One, two, three, Twenty Five...one, two, three, twenty six...One, two, three, twenty seven" Menelmacar would encourage himself to push out three more "one, two, three, twenty eight...one, two, three, twenty nine...one ,two ,three ,Thirty" and then Menelmacar would quickly slide his knees up underneath himself so that he would not fall completely to the ground out of exestuation.

This means He does not place his back flat to the ground but to keep a slight, yet relaxed, arch. and Menelmacar would repeat this process over and over, counting as he did his sit ups "One,two,three,One...One,two,three,two..One,two,three,Three" Menelmacar would continue to do the sit ups, at least now he could see the sky, watching the clouds move and the birds fly over head as he went onto his back and back up to his knees, still counting out loud "One,two,three,Four...One,Two,three,five....one,two,three,six" He would note shapes of clouds as he would continue the sit ups, seeing a few animals and a couple of shapes,"One,two,three,Seven...One,two,three,eight...one,two,three,nine" Menelmacar's sit ups would continue to Tighten his abdominal muscles gently by drawing in his belly button to his spine, Keeping his heels on the ground and his toes flat to the ground, slowly and gently lifts his head first, followed by his shoulder blades. "One, two, three, ten...one, two, three, eleven...one,two,three,twelve" Menelmacar's sweating grew more profusely, the sweat was now able to reach his eyes, giving them a slight sting, but he would continue through it "one,two,three,thirteen...one,two,three,fourteen...one,two,three,Fifteen" Menelmacar would shake his head to get rid of the sweat, his hair sticking to his face, and matted down all over his head, the sit ups would still continue, despite his muscles wanting him to stop, he wanted to continue a little longer "one,Two,Three,sixteen...One,two,three,Seventeen...One,two,three,Eighteen" Menelmacar's breathing became even louder, taking deeper breaths in through his mouth and then letting them out through his nose, keeping it in rhythm of his sit ups" One,two,three,nineteen...one,two,three,twenty...one,two,three,twenty one" Menelmacar would get a little slower with his sit ups as they got a little more strained to do, feeling the burning sensation in his abs "One,Two,Three, twenty two. One,Two,three, twenty three...one,two,three,twenty four" Menelmacar would begin to hum a song in his head to keep him going, giving him the strength to keep going "One,Two,three, twenty five...One,two,three,twenty six..one,two,three,twenty seven" Menelmacar would continue the song in his head forgetting what number he was one, beginning to sing the song out loud,"one, two, three, twenty eight...One,two,three,twenty nine...one,two,three,Thirty" Menelmacar would now stretch his muscles out before he stood up.

At this point when Menelmacar looked up at the sky, he had seen the sun had move closer towards the Noon position by another two hours, he would remove his sweater, so he was wearing his grey tank top now, he would grab a few of the Rocks and knives he carried in his pocket, and would throw them at one of the dummies, five Rocks and fifteen knives would all hit random locations on the dummy, Menelmacar would walk over to the dummy and grabbed the five Rocks, he would carve five circles into a tree in a line nearby, he would kick the tree and launch himself off from it and spin in the air, as he did his flip spin, he would have all five Rocks ready to throw, leaves had begun to fall, and with the right aiming he threw the Rocks as he fell, all five hitting a leaf and pushing the leaf to the circles on the tree, he would then walk back over to the dummy which had his knives, in it, and removed all fifteen, he would line up fruits along the arms of the various dummies, and then he would throw the knives in an arc like motion with his arm, all fifteen of them, and he would watch as fruit after fruit would be knocked down and stuck with a knives, Menelmacar went and gathered up all of his knives and Rocks and placed them back in his pocket, then he started testing his drawing reflexes, taking a Rocks or knives from his pocket and throwing it as fast as he could at a dummy, watching it hit his target, but was a little away from his mark, so he would continue to practice this for some time, till his aim was perfect, the sweat running down his face would get even worse, and so Menelmacar would walk to the rock he placed his sweater on and wipe his face with it, then he would set it down on the rock, and would take a stance in front of the rock, and would begin to punch the rock, going back and forth between his left fist, then his right fist, hitting the rock, as he continued to punch the rock, eventually his knuckles would begin to bleed, and Menelmacar just moved his sweater as a little extra padding, but he would continue to punch the rock just like before, till his arms would get tired from all the work he was doing with them, he would then walk over to a tree, and would begin to kick it with his shins, repeatedly striking the tree with his shin on his right leg until it would begin to bleed, then he would switch legs, and would kick the tree repeatedly until his left shin began to bleed, now at this point, his right pants leg is sticking to the blood on this right shin, so he would pull the pants legs up on both legs, and then he would turn around and would begin to run laps in the training grounds, using it as a bit of a cool down, also giving time for his wounds to stop bleeding.
Menelmacar approached the tree and jumped up grabbing the branch, and as his full body weight came down on it, the branch broke, and Menelmacar fell on his back, a loud "oof"" sound could be heard, he would get back up on his feet and he would kick the broken branch away, he would then move to a more sturdy branch and this time he reached up with his hands, palms towards him and reached up and grabbed onto the branch, and then he would pull his body up, and as he did, his legs would bend at the knees and he would place his right leg over his left, keeping his legs held up close to his back side, he would slowly lower himself down towards the ground, and then he would slowly pull himself back up with his arms once more, starting his set of pull ups he would begin to count as he went along "One,two,three,one...One,two,three,two...one,two,three,three" Menelmacar would take a second to move his hands a little to keep them from being effected to much by the tree bark, he would go back to doing his pull ups "One,Two,Three,Four...One,Two,Three,Five....One,Two,Three,Six" Menelmacar rocks his head back and forth to crack his neck as his counting continues loudly "One,two,three,Seven...One,two,three,eight...One, two, three, nine" Menelmacar would breath in through his mouth and out deeply and slowly through his nose, he would continue some more "One,two, three, ten. One, two, three, eleven...One,two,three,Twelve" Menelmacar would sweat a little more like earlier, and he continued his count of the pull ups he does "One,two,three,Thirteen...One,two,three,Fourteen..One,two,three,fifteen" Menelmacar would let go of the branch as he unfurls his legs from underneath him, and lands on his feet, his feet separated at shoulders length apart, Menelmacar stands at full height

Menelmacar would finally be done with his training for now, and he would look up at the sun, it was beginning to enter the noon time position, he would walk off away from the grounds for a moment to go get something for lunch, passing a kid who threw an apple core into a nearby waste bin, Menelmacar would get a sandwich and a salad, he would then head back to the training grounds and sat down, he would eat his sandwich and salad and drank water out of the local stream, after some time of rest Menelmacar stood up and went to the library, he went looking around for a specific book, it took some time, then a librarian came up to him and asked if they could help him, he would turn to them and nod, telling them the book he was looking for, they lead him right to the book and handed it to him, he would check it out of the library and went back to the training grounds and sat down, he would open the book up and searched for a specific area in it, learning Skill’s of all types, so he would begin to read the details of how to learn the Skills in the book, he studied the words intently, then he would set the book down and followed its instructions, to the letter, every once in a while he would go back to the book to refresh and make sure he was doing the instructions as good as he could, he would then take a small break and go over to a nearby tree.

One, two, three, eleven...One,two,three,Twelve" Menelmacar would sweat a little more like earlier, and he continued his count of the pull ups he does "One,two,three,Thirteen...One,two,three,Fourteen..One,two,three,fifteen" Menelmacar would let go of the branch as he unfurls his legs from underneath him, and lands on his feet, his feet separated at shoulders length apart, Menelmacar stands at full height and would return to his book, studying the different Parts of the Skill.

Now in the hottest part of the day Menelmacar wakes up from his nap and would do some serious thinking, he would flip over to his stomach and begin to do his push-ups once again he would push up till his arms would be fully extended, then he would let his arms lower till they made ninety degree angles, he was on the tips of his toes the whole time, keeping his back straight, he would push his arms up again till they were once more fully extended, as he did these he would count out loud with his normal voice of warmth "One,Two,Three,One...One,Two,Three,Two...One, Two, Three, Three" on the one count he would have his arms bent in the ninety degree angles, on the two count his arms would be extended, three his arms was bent once more, so to him, each count of One push up, equaled two, he would continue to count as he continued to do his push-ups "One,Two,Three,Four.....One,Two,Three,Five....One,Two,Three,Six" his mind would reel back to the days he was blind and he wondered if this was the same spot he liked to train at all the time, or if was just some random spot in the woods that he though was the training ground, he would shake his head as he would think to himself, at least I can see where I am now, the counting would continue "One,Two,Three,Seven...One,Two,Three,Eight....One,Two,Three,Nine" as he was looking down at the ground, when he got close he could see the breath he exhaled from his nose push dirt away in all directions, even watched as ants would walk into site and then get blown away, the grass gets pushed down before reverting back into its upright position he would continue out loud " One,two,three,Ten...One,two,three, eleven....one,two,three,twelve" Menelmacarik would only think to himself of all the times he missed something beautiful and he would get angry at whatever unknown factor that made him blind and he would use that anger to full himself to continue with more push-ups "one, two, three, Thirteen.....one,two,three,fourteen....one,two,three,fifteen" a sweat was beginning to break out across his face, he wanted to at least double the number of push-ups he was on before he moved on to the next exercise "one,two,three,sixteen....one,two,three,seventeen...one,two,three,eighteen" the sweat ran down his face, the way he was currently none of it would get into his eyes, but it would feel nice when the breeze would blow by, his sweater beginning to get heavier as the sweat made it such, and he would go on "One,two,three,Nineteen....one,two,three,Twenty....One,two,three,Twenty one" Menelmacar would continue, his breathing getting a little louder, exerting himself more, pushing himself to his fullest potential "One,Two,Three, twenty two....one,two,three,twenty three....one,two,three,twenty four" his arms would begin to shake with exestuation he pushes himself more despite that fact "One,two, three,Twenty Five...one,two,three,twenty six...One,two,three,twenty seven" Menelmacar would encourage himself to push out three more "one, two, three, twenty eight...one,two,three,twenty nine...one,two,three,Thirty" and then Menelmacar would quickly slide his knees up underneath himself so that he would not fall completely to the ground out of exestuation.
This means He does not place his back flat to the ground but to keep a slight, yet relaxed, arch. and Menelmacar would repeat this process over and over, counting as he did his sit ups "One,two,three,One...One,two,three,two..One,two,three,Three" Menelmacar would continue to do the sit ups, at least now he could see the sky, watching the clouds move and the birds fly over head as he went onto his back and back up to his knees, still counting out loud "One,two,three,Four...One,Two,three,five....one,two,three,six" He would note shapes of clouds as he would continue the sit ups, seeing a few animals and a couple of shapes,"One,two,three,Seven...One,two,three,eight...one,two,three,nine" Menelmacar's sit ups would continue to Tighten his abdominal muscles gently by drawing in his belly button to his spine, Keeping his heels on the ground and his toes flat to the ground, slowly and gently lifts his head first, followed by his shoulder blades. One,Two,three, twenty three...one,two,three,twenty four" Menelmacar would begin to hum a song in his head to keep him going, giving him the strength to keep going "One,Two,three, twenty five...One,two,three,twenty six..one,two,three,twenty seven" Menelmacar would continue the song in his head forgetting what number he was one, beginning to sing the song out loud,"one, two, three, twenty eight...One,two,three,twenty nine...one,two,three,Thirty" Menelmacar would now stretch his muscles out before he stood up
he would grab a few of the Rocks and knives he carried in his pocket, and would throw them at one of the dummies, five Rocks and fifteen knives would all hit random locations on the dummy, Menelmacar would walk over to the dummy and grabbed the five Rocks, he would carve five circles into a tree in a line nearby, he would kick the tree and launch himself off from it and spin in the air, as he did his flip spin, he would have all five Rocks ready to throw, leaves had begun to fall, and with the right aiming he threw the Rocks as he fell, all five hitting a leaf and pushing the leaf to the circles on the tree, he would then walk back over to the dummy which had his knives, in it, and removed all fifteen, he would line up fruits along the arms of the various dummies, and then he would throw the knives in an arc like motion with his arm, all fifteen of them, and he would watch as fruit after fruit would be knocked down and stuck with a knives, Menelmacar went and gathered up all of his knives and Rocks and placed them back in his pocket, then he started testing his drawing reflexes, taking a Rocks or knives from his pocket and throwing it as fast as he could at a dummy, watching it hit his target, but was a little away from his mark, so he would continue to practice this for some time, till his aim was perfect, the sweat running down his face would get even worse, and so Menelmacar would walk to the rock he placed his sweater on and wipe his face with it, then he would set it down on the rock, and would take a stance in front of the rock, and would begin to punch the rock, going back and forth between his left fist, then his right fist, hitting the rock, as he continued to punch the rock, eventually his knuckles would begin to bleed, and Menelmacar just moved his sweater as a little extra padding, but he would continue to punch the rock just like before, till his arms would get tired from all the work he was doing with them, he would then walk over to a tree, and would begin to kick it with his shins, repeatedly striking the tree with his shin on his right leg until it would begin to bleed, then he would switch legs, and would kick the tree repeatedly until his left shin began to bleed, now at this point, his right pants leg is sticking to the blood on this right shin, so he would pull the pants legs up on both legs, and then he would turn around and would begin to run laps in the training grounds, using it as a bit of a cool down, also giving time for his wounds to stop bleeding.

Menelmacar would walk over to one of the dummies and stood behind it, then he would crouch behind it and would form his hands like he was going to Draw his sword, but would instead jab his swords crown up and when his arms fully extended he would strike right about where the tailbone would be on a normal person, Menelmacar would practice this technique for a while then when his elbow got sore he would return to his book to study the next Skill the next Skill would be Difficult but he would attempt it anyway, he would then walk a little ways away and Draws his sword from its sheath, he would begin to twirl the sword around as circular paterns, Menelmacar would take the sword in his hand and begins to twirl it around and tested it’s durability, it took a decent amount of force to bend this sword, that could be useful Menelmacar would walk back to the book once more and began reading the next Skill, Sword whirlwind, he would study the movements he needed to do and would walk over to a practice dummy, then he would do as the book instructed Aiming with a high swing, and then followed up with a low swing, he would practice this for a while until it felt normal for him to do, he walked over again to read the book some more, he would then see the next Skill which required the previous one was sword Gale, with the studies done on how to do it, Menelmacar would go to the same dummy he has been practicing on and would spin backwards while ducking low, doing a read spinning sword slash, he would practice this Skill until the post on the dummy began to crack this time, Menelmacar would stop at that point, he would then go back to his book and read the next Skill to learn, Shadow Knives would be the next on his list to learn, this one he would practice with smaller knives other than what was called for, as he didn’t have any larger knives, he would throw them as if they were one, letting the top on go a millisecond before the other, so that the lower one was hidden in shadow of the first, they would both hit the target at a split second difference , this seemed like an effective Skill to keep in the repertoire, so he would practice with the rest of his knives until he had no more, he would then go and collect the knives, and walked back to the book, reading the next Skill, Sword Blitz was this one’s title, this one said to draw the sword and touch the ground, expelling ones Strength into the earth then either push down or pull up with the Swing, so Menelmacar would, he drew and ducked down into the ground, gathering strength and pushing it down, as he did so, suddenly he burst forward with a surge of power, swinging his sword hard, and Menelmacar would repeat the process and this time he would pull up with his strength, and he would pull it back to its original position, doing this made him raise into the air and then come down with a strong attack, he then went back to the book, and as he read, it doesn’t have to be just where he stood, but anywhere within a twenty meter radius around him, yet another good one to keep on hand, this one didn’t need to much practice on, the book had explained it very well for him, As Menelmacar read the next Skill, it was one that required something he didn’t know yet, but when he read the effect and usage of the Skill, he would study it till he perfected it, so when he learned the required Skill, he would be able to use it with maximum effect, Menelmacar would look up at the sky as it began to get darker.

By this point in the day it was getting time for dinner, so Menelmacar would go collect his sweater, and he would walk back home, the night seems so peaceful, so cool, even more beautiful than the daytime, he would have his head up as he walked home, watching the stars and the moon, the cloudless night made if perfect for star gazing, he would stop in the middle of the walkway, people walking around him, as he just stared for a while, then eventually he would be interrupted by the growling in his stomach, so he would walk home and begin to search around in his cabinets , there was nothing much in the first few cabinets, he found potatoes, he would go and look in the fridge, he found eggs, and then in the freezer he would find sausage , so he would pull out a frying pan and would fry up the sausage first, then he would throw the potatoes and eggs in after the sausage was cooked, and once the eggs was cooked and the potatoes was browned, he would dump the sausage, eggs, and potatoes into a bowl and would make some gravy from some flour and water, a little sausage and the sausage grease, and after a few minutes he would have gravy, he would pour the gravy on top of the sausage, eggs, and potatoes, he would then sit down with his bowl of sausage, gravy, potatoes, and eggs, and would begin to eat it, savoring the flavor as he looked out the window into the darkness of the night, Menelmacar would wash his bowl and fork when he finished and put them in the clean side of the sink, he would head up stairs and stripped out of his cloths and turned on a warm shower, he would step into the shower and let the warmth soak into his muscles and untense his whole body, he would then step out and dress into fresh pair of pajamas, the pajamas was just bottoms no top ,crawled into bed and covered up with is blanket and fell asleep.

And as he fell asleep in his dream he suddenly awoke to hear Lady Jaina begin her little speech about his title and her acceptance of him, he smiled softly at this, and accepted the help to sit up, he stared at the wolf, personally in his mind, Ideas were running wild with what he could do with the wolf if he was allowed such an opertunity, the hide could be used as a cloak, or even a nice armor, the bones and teeth having many uses as well, a bone armor could even be made, he thought then of Lady Jaina and making her a wolf hide cloak, he wondered how she would like such a gift, then it dawned on him she mentioned a sword of his caliber, he would chuckle softly and say to her " Another sword would be lovely, I would be able to do a lot more with two swords then just one, but for now, I am happy with what I have, thank you very much My Lady, and I thank you once more for the Honor you bestowed upon me for accepting my Pledge, and also for the title you bestowed upon me" he would smile at her, his mind returning to the image of her in the wolf skin cloak, then her on the wolf skin rug, then...Whoa that was a little more personal then he thought he would get this soon with his thoughts, he would blush softly, such a virgin he was

Menelmacar had tried his best to stay awake during her story, he wanted to learn the Orgin's of the land, the tales it had to tell, but the pain from the wolf bite was taking its toll on him now, his eyes would flutter about the time she cleaned his wound, he took in a sharp breath, that would wake him up for some time, and that was good, it allowed him to finish through her story, and when she was done, He would slowly stand and bowed to her say "Lady Jaina I am happy to hear that extravagant tale of how the land came to be, but this wound is taking its toll and I must go to get some sleep" Menelmacar would go to where he would be pointed to by the lady, and he would wait till she left and he would lay in the bed she offered him, and he would fall asleep, the next day would hold much for him.

What exactly was not yet known, but he planned to ask the Lady Jaina for a Horse to head into the closest town, he wanted to learn all he could to protect the Lady Jaina, and the full details of what his new title entailed, His dreams that night where of his future life, the life he was to live, the life he wanted to live, and oddly enough, for someone shipwrecked and so far from home, he did not wish it, did not desire to return home, he felt more at home here then when he ever stayed anywhere else, he was able to sleep with a smile on his face.

His dream was one of grandour, not physical, but mental and emotional grandour, He was standing beside his Lady Jaina, she was doing her queenly things, and he was standing close by offering advice to her when she asked, he was dressed, not like most knights, but like a lord, but still ready for battle, two swords on him, one on either hip, it was tasteful.

Menelmacar would step forward with a sullen look on his face, he had yet to tell the others of the fate of the queen, instead he had been filling in for her and acting as her where he could and had to, upon seeing the men Menelmacar would clear his throat as he tried to clean the look on his face off, trying to get their attention to look at him, at which point he would say "Greetings and welcome, I am Menelmacar, Seer to the Lady of these lands, and Protector of Brill, she is... indisposed at the moment, how may I help you men today?... Your not here for the meeting of the Lords are you?" He was told briefly of this, mostly cause he was going to charade as her so he needed to know how to respond to things that were coming up and so he could not be caught off guard

He stood six foot high and had a five o clock shadow, his armor was one, thought it was not much, and his sword on his hip, he stood up straight as he looked at them both, his eyebrow raised as he waited for an answer, he looked decently built, but rather lanky, and his ears were slightly pointy, and his eyes were slightly slanted, his hands rested in front of him, right hand over the left, he looked between the two men waiting.

Menelmacar Paused for a moment on his words, he did not know how to answer these men, so he would tell them the truth "She has lost her voice, the only help that can be offered is trying not to make her speak at this time, but if you will follow me, I will lead you to the meeting room, if your interested" and with that Menelmacar would spin around and walk down to the meeting room, where he would take a seat at a rounded table, and waited for the others to join him:

There were the jumbled mess of Words that Spike read in the book as he fell asleep and could remember the next morning, then he would dress up in his White suit after he woke up and thoughts of the woman from last night would come to his mind and he would start to walk town in search of her if he needed to look for her, he didn't know why, he couldn't get her out of his mind, but sure enough she was there in his mind and he needed to find her.

Reckless Ambition (Open to 2) Empty Re: Reckless Ambition (Open to 2)

Post by Sammy Sat Sep 05, 2015 2:44 pm

Sameonna would watch as the man would continue to walk by, thanking her politely for her freedom of travel. However, just as the man would pass by the woman, the two Rare Hunters she had previously commanded to the Headquarters would have been returning, and she would notice that Cueball was picking up speed, approaching the young gentleman as he continued to waltz by his organization leader unchecked. However, Sammy would notice that Cueball wasn't exactly sure what to expect, seeing the duel disc strapped to the individuals arm as his stride carried him closer.

Sameonna would stand quickly in response to this, coming to the conclusion that the reason Cueball and Oracle were approaching this young man was because they intended to try and restrain him, similar to what they had been doing all night long since the start of their collection routines. "Cueball! Oracle! Holdfast!" Sameonna would call out to her duelists, 'holdfast' being a Rare Hunter term meaning stop, or halt. "This is Mr. King, and I would like it to be known by all of my followers that he is to remain unharmed during any of his time spent within Southern Keiritsu. If I learn of any of my soldiers attacking this man while he is under my word of protective command, I will personally bring Obelisk to teach them a lesson! Is that understood?" Cueball and Oracle would stop in their tracks instantly, though completely unsure as to why Sameonna would designate this man out of everyone who has crossed their paths to be protected instead of hunted, as per the norm.

Sammy would smile at Spike. "My dearest apologies, Mr. King. For their sheer disrespectful intentions, I offer you the opportunity to duel one of these lieutenants, and should you win, you will receive their rarest card, and, I will offer you a position within the Rare Hunters as my Champion." Cueball would look at Oracle, and Oracle would look at Spike, scanning his body physically. Finally, it would hit him that the reason Sameonna commanded this man be unharmed was to protect her Rare Hunters, as Mr. King was the Summoner of Slifer the Sky Dragon. However, Oracle was the type of balls-out duelist that didn't care what was in an opponents deck. His was composed of life point restoration cards and powerful spellcasters that could blast opponents to nothing.

Gladly obliging, Oracle traversed up toward the nearby Dueling Arena and awaited a proper response from Spike. Sameonna would study the mans gestures and how he would respond to see how confident he was in his deck. If his confidence would induce the thinking mindset that would reflect that of Sammy, she'd no doubt want him to be her Champion of Hunters. All that remained was to see what strategies or card techniques he had developed since the last time she witnessed his combat prowess in Shadow Kingdom.

Spike stopped when he heard the woman of blue talk to the others about who he was, and when a duel was offered and the one that wasn't bald stepped forward, Spike could only grin over his shoulder, Shadow kingdom had done something to him, the duels made him darker and darker as time went, which each life he was forced to take to stay alive, the light that was once in his eyes dimmed, and it created a alternate personality basically inside of him, whenever he went into a duel he became ruthless, and this side of Spike just surfaced and Spike would nod and say "Alright Lets go short stock, I hope you got something good to offer, I will put up my Five headed Dragon against your rarest card", and he would Flash the Dragon card in front of all three duelists

"Oracle:"

Oracle would strap his disc against his forearm tighter, the field being readied by an automated machine which pushes the arena upward, causing the two duelist platforms to slide back about ten feet. Heavy turbulence would ensue before the machine had finished its task, a thick puff of steam escaping from a nearby exhaust pipe which was hooked to the manifold of the inner workings for the arena. With this unique design, Sameonna unlocked the hidden powers of electrohydronic energy, and applied it to her state of the art duel arenas throughout the city. The rest of the world wants this idea, but Sammy refuses to sell out.

Its a highly classified procedure of tasks which Sameonna has stowed away, only for her eyes to see, and know the location of. It involves generating natural electric currents by manifesting the underground electromagnetic waves and directing them through a pool of oxygen-condensed water, which accordingly produces a hydrogenic gas that performs similar to oil or gasoline. Though at the moment it requires a rather larger portion of water to utilize, the water is ever-reusable, and it is a safe, automatically reproducing organic construct. Safe for usage, and safe for the atmosphere.

Oracle would then look at Spike, sniffling. "Hahaha! Alright then, lets go Red Dragon! If you win, I'll let you select any card in my deck as your reward." Oracle sounded rather arrogant and cocky, which was his style of dueling after all. He enjoyed his deck of destruction, though, and he hoped deep inside that Spike King wasn't the strategic mastermind everyone made him out to be. With that, a holographic image of 8000 Life Points appeared on both respective duel arenas.

Spike grinned as the duel terminals lowered back to their original Spots, and Oracle not only lost, but Spike didn't take a lick of damage, and even won with one thousand more then he started with, For one who acted all high and mighty, he sure was nothing worth mentioning Spike scoffed as he saw the passed out Oracle from the decisimation he met by the final attack from Spike's Dark magician, his deck scattered out across the ground, well mostly his hand, and the cards still in their places in his duel disk.

Spike would walk forwards, as Yami Spike was still about, and with a grin he looked to the taller, bald one and asked him "You want some Baldy?" and then he looked at the girl, the Woman of Blue, Sameonna Leone, she was this groups little leader it seemed, he wondered what she would do about the massacure that her Oracle just went though.

Sameonna would watch as one of her most thought of duelists was literally crushed in front of her. She would smirk as Oracle fell unconscious to the ground, his deck falling from his duel disc and sprawling itself among the earth before him. Sameonna would make her way to the duel arena, the duelist platforms returning to their original location as she had reached the cards, bending down quickly to scoop them all up. Looking through them, she'd pick a handful out, and look at Spike. She'd then look among Oracle's body, only moving through the low sound of breathing coming from his rather pudgy face against the holographic glass.

She'd scoff at him in disgust. "Oracle, you have proven yourself today unworthy of holding the title Rare Hunter. You have disgraced me and my organization. You are not worthy of the deck I had given you, and so, I feel I must reclaim it and reassign some of its cards to a more worthy holder; someone who has more strategic insight and wisdom beyond your comprehension." Sameonna would scan through the cards she had selected, and added Time Wizard to the bunch, walking toward Spike King.

Affixing her vision to meet his gaze, she'd hold out a handful of cards, the very same she chose from Oracle's deck, hoping he would take them. In her other hand, she held Oracle's Rare Hunter cloak. "Mr. King, if you would accept these cards as your reward, and this cloak as your shadow will you truly meet a destiny even you may not know you have. Please, accept this token of my respect and become my Lieutenant. It would do me great honor to have the Red Dragon soar among The Tormentor." Sammy would eye him up, unsure of the response that she would be given for this offering. It was at this point that Cueball would have already denied Spike's request for wanting some and backed off, watching Sammy do what Sammy does, which is find and recruit the best duelists.

Spike took a moment to give it some thought and then nodded and accepted the cards and the cloak and Spike would say to her "Well your quite the Fancy Speaker, How could I say No?" and he would smile softly at her as he accepted them, then he would throw the cloak over his shoulders and say before heading for his house "And the Red Dragon is Proud to wrap itself around the Tormenter" then off to home he went to modify his deck.

Sammy would be pleased with the happenings before her. And in the process this had allowed her to recruit an Egyptian God Card Holder, which was no simple task in itself. The Rare Hunters would surely be a force to be reckoned with, and soon, they may be capable of taking over Northern Keiritsu entirely by overwhelming the official duelist force and what backup the UDC may throw at them.

Soon enough there would be an all out war on the streets of Keiritsu as a whole, and it would erupt an even more unrest civil populace, civilians scrambling to find cover from dragons destroying knights, rituals spellbinding creatures from other dimensions or worlds before the eyes of children. Horrific, absolutely tragic, warfare. Enough of these things seen could traumatize an individual for life. It was at this point Sammy would decide to retire for the night, thinking that the lingering thousands of Rare Hunters within Southern Keiritsu would no doubt finish their collection runs by nights end. After all, Sameonna only allowed the Hunters to do this at night. During the day, duels were to be carried out in a regular fashion, as tourists were potential recruits. This was Sameonna's absolute law.

It was at this point that Sameonna would remember that the newly appointed Rare Hunter also possessed the Five-Headed Dragon, a card that Sammy wanted to have. She called out to him. "Mr. King, before you leave, would you be interested in perhaps trading these two cards for your Five-Headed Dragon?" She'd smile, flashing two extremely rare cards in her hand, divided by her pointer and middle finger. They were, respectively, Gaia the Dragon Champion and Dark Magician Girl. Hoping that he would accept this trade, she held them out after he would have gotten a good look at the cards she was offering.

Spike was stopped for a moment, and he turned around at the trade offer, and he would nod, and reached in his pocket and pulled out two cards, Five headed Dragon and Monster Reborn, and he handed them to her and smiled as he took the cards she offered "Thank You, this should make it an even trade, So Meet in the same place tomarrow and you show me the digs of the rare hunters?" He didn't wait for an answer he just walked off at that point, mostly to let her know he was serious about being in and would be there, no need to confirm, she would just have to show up and meet him.
